We were passed Rob's contact details by our solicitors and I am so glad we made contact with Rob and Insuristic.

We spoke with Rob on the phone and he instantly understood our situation, the process of applying for deputyship and all the difficulties deputies/attorneys face. We used the online quote tool first to get a rough idea of the cost and then Rob made some changes to the quote for the contents cover whilst we were on the phone and a revised quote was instantly issued.

It was really refreshing to speak with somebody that made the process of getting appropriate cover as simple as possible.

We needed insurance for an empty property awaiting grant of probate. Insuristic have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have a simplistic approach to insurance that is very refreshing. I strongly recommend to anyone reading this review that you insure with them. We took out a 9 month policy and sold the property within 6 months. I cancelled the policy and received a refund of a third of the premium paid. No admin fees and no drama. This company is superb.

Company response to request for an insurance quote was immediate, clear and easy to understand. Any queries I had after on the policy or payment - anything, Rob answered quickly and thoroughly and personably. Loads of patience!

Helpful service and good product offering

Like other reviewers here, I had difficulty finding insurance to cover a newly purchased property being left unfurnished and unoccupied while some minor works were done and while existing property was for sale. Only found Insuristic after much searching and after disappointing responses from other companies who clearly didn't really want the business, so dealing with Rob was a breath of fresh air after them. Had some problems with the website initially, which Rob bent over backwards to help resolve and which we eventually pinned down to obscure technical issues. Cover (Gold level) provided was exactly what we wanted, and premium was pretty reasonable in the context of essentially zero comparable competition.
Having now sold existing property and aiming to move to new place soon, I've just requested cancellation from impending date of move, and Rob has responded within minutes to confirm request and inform me pro-rata refund has been issued with zero cancellation fees as promised. Seriously couldn't expect better service, so highly recommend Insuristic and Rob particularly.

Found Insuristic.co.uk on google after being let down by other probate insurance providers, not being good with the computer, I found the above companies website so easy to use.

I found Rob to be very helpful and professional when insuring my late Mother in laws house. It can be quite difficult finding some insurance companies who will do this task within the probate time scale if the house is uninhibited. Aliso what's good that if house is sold before insurance ends a refund is issued. Great service thank you.

Fantastic communication from the start and made everything easy. Perfect policy for a probate home insurance as you can cancel when the property is purchased and you get a refund of any paid moneys from the day the policy cancels. Recommended!

I needed to arrange insurance for an unoccupied property awaiting sale. I found Insuristic via Google.
They specialise in this type of insurance, their cover is comprehensive & you can select the level of cover that best suits.
When I had a query & needed advice, help was immediately available.
When the sale completed & cover was no longer required, I contacted the company to cancel the policy. They responded immediately & a refund was with me that same week (as promised, they don’t charge cancellation fees).
I didn’t need to make a claim so can’t comment on that side of things but in every other respect, I would recommend this company.

A good clear understanding of the type of insurance i needed as executor for our empty property whilst in Probate.
