James Haigh was very helpful, professional and efficient with assisting in a modification for the policy. Its a breath of fresh air to be able to phone an insurance company that answer the phone and allow you to talk to a human without spending 30 minutes trying to get through to someone. Would recommend to anyone looking for an efficient insurance company that answer the phone.
