I had never interacted with the customer service team before while getting insurance. I had a few questions, so I reached out to them. They assured me that they would help me find a suitable plan and requested some information from me. I sent the requested information, but I never received a response from them. In the end, I decided to read everything and sign up for the plan that I thought I needed. To this day, I still haven’t heard back.
