Awful Quality!! Color is terrible!!! Terrible customer service!!! Don't order from these scammers!!

The people responding to my Emails are as (equally,) uncouth as they are extremely unprofessional.

...for some inexplicable reason; the People. (,in this unmentionable) are are dismissive in that redundancy as deflection are this Businesses' way of not oroperly addressing the concerns of People who have paid their hard-earned money in purchasing the Company's merchandise.

...then again, maybe avoidance, Cognitive Dissidence, and ignorance are common ways to deal with their mishaps?!

Despite returning the package at a cost of £25, it was held at Chinese customs because the seller refused to engage to have it released. Package returned to me after 6 months and herein lies the scam. They consistent state that the will refund my money once they receive the package

Unbelievably bad clothing and after sales service. These fly by night, snake oil charmers are thieves and liars. Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures on the website, similar to the way some people portray themselves on Tinder with heavily filtered pictures, you will be sorely disappointed when you meet.

Sizing and quality of the garments is terrible. Jacket looked nothing like the photo described, sizing was not even close and quality was awful. DO NOT purchase from this overseas vendor.

Poor quality clothes. Didn't realise I was buying from China so unable to return (I tried, sent royal mail signed for. It all got sent back to me stating documentation not correct. I gave up then). Contacted company. No help. Ran me round the houses for a long time. Saying they had refunded, then they weren't sure what had happened with refund, then they could refund due to time. I gave up in the end which is what I expect they hoped for. Avoid

This is a complete scam. I ordered three retro style wooden tops but I received three very cheap T-shirts with a picture of the tops on. I returned the product and finally received a refund after chasing for six months.

Just got my money refunded via Paypal. After waiting 3 weeks, items never shipped and emails to them bounced back. Total scam

On October 17th I ordered a sweater from Rotita. It was 47.50. When after a month of not seeing my sweater I contacted my bank and on October 17th. 67.75 was taken out of my account by instyletees, there was no transit number. How did they get my banking information?.I contacted Rotita and they cannot help me. I'm on pension and can definitely not afford to loose this money.

I was told on Wed Dec. 28 that my money would be refunded in 24 hours for 3 sweaters I ordered on Nov. 18,2022. Well guess what?. It's Friday Dec ,30 and still no $100.16 back in my account
Guess I will contact lawyer.

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. The items I bought were nothing like what was advertised, the quality was so poor I think a 3 year old would produce better. I did after some time get a refund but because of the exchange rate and the postage I was out of pocket to the tune of £40. I did try to ask for the cost to be refunded, but all I got was basically tuff luck. Don’t make the same mistake DONT BUY FROM Instyetees.

Ordered 4 “knitted” shirts, but what I received was almost comical: 4 huge, plastic shirts which are only good for being used as food mats for my baby.

100% a scam, as the items received are not anything like as advertised.

Ordered two garments both advertised as "knitted" after two months of chasing them the first garment has arrived. It is a poorly manufactured acrylic garment with a shiny finish. In no sense of the word is it knitted. Still await second garment.
Will never use this company again!

What a terrible experience. Patchy delivery, poor communication with a Chinese firm (not Paris as it says on their website), terrible quality clothing (cheap material and stitching). I returned the items back to China; they are claiming they haven't received them, hence no refund. Don't bother buying from them. It really is not worth the effort

After 3 weeks I received the worst T-shirt ever made. Poor poor quality 65% acrylic and very bad manufacturing. Stay away from this company and products.

Absolute scam!

I've ordered my t-shirts, after weeks of chasing they said they refunded but they did not! They stopped replying my emails. This is a fradulant web site, don't go near!
