A truly restful, insightful time away to treat myself and look within.
Yvonne was exceptionally kind and supportive, providing us with a variety of options to use in breathing, meditation, body movements, affirmations and journalling. It was well worth taking the time out to listen, digest and reconnect. Highly recommended.

Yvonne is a beautiful and strong soul. I felt safe being guided through the process by her.
After several appointments I realised that the work was not quite what I was looking for and so did not complete my series of sessions.

I started working with Yvonne as I was feeling that it was time to overcome some large limiting beliefs and blockages I had about food and cooking.
Now I am planning exactly what I want to eat, selecting the food, allowing people to guide me making it and enjoying what i'm cooking.

My sessions with Yvonne helps me progress everytime. This was my first Embodied Processing session, and it has helped me control my anxiety in an effective and peaceful way. I can finally reduce the increased tightness in my throat when I feel anxious. It is at a point now that I can work on it within minutes. I immediately felt at ease with Yvonne she guided me through her 8 week program with a combination of RCT yoga and breath work. I started out extremely anxious with no appetite - after working with Yvonne I now feel many limiting beliefs are gone so I get to live life again without using my go to’s for coping. I am far less anxious and have been eating regularly as major shifts were happening subconsciously. I have been working with Yvonne for a few weeks now and the insight, processing and change she has facilitated for me has been immense.
Before coming to Yvonne I had an awareness of why some things in my life felt the way they did, and working through EP sessions with her expert guidance, I realised that my body was holding on to feelings around events that had happened in the past that I had tried to *think* my way around and out of. Feeling in to the felt sense of my body, and working through the emotions as they came up, has changed so much for me.
Yvonne created a lovely relaxing environment for me to do this work in and her timing with the process was spot on! She also has a very relaxing voice and I nearly fell asleep in one of the sessions!

An incredible experience. My RCT session was beyod what I expected. Having practiced and received various modalities, through Yvonne's guidance we identified limiting beliefs and emotions that I thought I had dealt with.

Through her calm and nurturing processes I felt fully supported and safe and not only have we released what we initially worked on but it has helped in other areas that on the list to 'work on'. Thanks so much Yvonne x
