Horrendous
Horrendous, will never use again. The item i purchased was advertised at a price, upon checking they then took more out my account which they have refunded. Then when I ordered it never once mentioned where was being shipped from, messaged a few times and said I need the product for a specific date for a present. It never arrived on time. I then came back from holiday to find the item delivered in very flimsy packaging snapped in half. Ive contacted them and they wont give me a full refund, in fact they offered me £3, I complained and now £4 is their final offer! Shockingly bad customer service, stay away!

Delivery was quick
Delivery was quick, great job. The products are not as advertised. The hat was crushed into a mailing bag, so is now difficult to get it back into shape. The coin looks like a sticker put onto a metal coin shape. It is not embossed 3D as in the adverts. Very disappointed.
