AVOID, no customer care at all.
Took ages to arrive then parcel arrived looking like someone had jumped up and down on it! Contents damaged, sent photos of item and box. They refused to refund, said it would cost too much to return, offered me a fiver and would not budge. NOT HAPPY.

This card is for my greatest niece who has a particular set of challenges to deal with. This highly visual and surprising pop up card will I'm positive stimulate her senses and bring her a huge amount of joy. She loves our dog Lily and believes all her gifts we send her come from Lily. She is a beautiful little girl and anything that makes her happy is a blessing. When I saw this card I just knew Lily had to send it to Ava for her birthday.

Tee shirt labeled xl is very small. Poorly made. I asked to return it. They are very reluctant to accept return or offer a replacement. They did offer 9bp. Said I could give teeshirt away. I want a full refund.
I emailed innovationek many times about this and received no satisfactory reply.

False advertised plastic product that is meant to be stained glass
If I could give this company zero I would. I ordered a stevie nicks stained glass ornament. I ordered two for gifts. What I was sent was plastic. They cost over 30 pounds, I asked for a refund and I was offered 4 pounds. I refused this and have since been offered 7 pounds. It's false advertising the product is substandard and you have to fight for a refund. Never again and I warn you to not bother as well.

Excellent service from seller
Took a while to arrive as it came from China. However I was provided a tracking number and was able to track progress easily. Bit of confusion on placing order, was charged a bit extra but was refunded with good communication from seller. My cat loves the product thank you

Bought a interacting card for someone’s birthday. Supposed to have sound and working parts. When it arrived it was just an ordinary card and so small. Half the size of a normal envelope. Absolute rubbish. That’s £5 plus £3.50 postage I’ll never get back.
