I am still processing the feelings and experience i had today with this workshop. Alexis and team were more than amazing. I cannot be more grateful and happy that i attended this session. Explanations were impactful.

This was my first breathwork experience, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Adrian guided the session with clarity, professionalism, and genuine care, which helped me feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. The support team was also attentive and available whenever anyone needed assistance, creating a safe and welcoming environment.
I spoke with some of the other participants and learned that several of them had attended multiple sessions before. It was a meaningful and insightful experience, and I’m confident it won’t be my last.

The most amazing Sunday experience online with Alexis. My first experience was in person in Manchester UK and it was such a powerful journey. And although in person is best...I was surprised at the impact of the online session also. I will be attending again for sure! :) Thank you so much for sharing your amazing practices with the world. It is special.

I attended the breathwork workshop with an open mind, but unfortunately my experience was not very positive.

When I arrived, I informed the team that I had not brought a mat. At that point, no alternative was offered, and I ended up feeling physically uncomfortable throughout the session. Later, I noticed blankets and extra comfort items being provided to other participants, which left me feeling overlooked.

During the workshop, I raised my hand several times to ask for assistance, but I was not noticed. Since breathwork can be a vulnerable experience, feeling seen and supported by the facilitators is very important. Instead, I felt cold, uncomfortable, and disconnected from the process.

I understand that many participants had meaningful emotional experiences, and I respect that. However, for newcomers especially, I believe more attention should be given to participant comfort, clearer communication about what to bring, and ensuring that everyone has the necessary support before the session begins.

I appreciate the effort behind organizing the event and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future attendees.

Life changing – my desire to feel better has lead me to follow a path of helping others do the same, and as I continue to heal, evolve and transform, learning from InnerCamp has been one of my greatest gifts – being part of this community continues to inspire me. I cannot recommend them enough!

I can honestly say that the Energy and Holosomatic Bodywork trainings at InnerCamp have been amongst the most transformative educational experiences of my life. The depth of knowledge is exceptional, but what truly sets these trainings apart is the embodiment of the teachings. You don’t just learn techniques—you live them, integrate them, and emerge changed by them.

The teachers hold an incredibly safe, professional and compassionate space that allows profound personal transformation alongside practical skill development. The community is unlike anything I’ve experienced; supportive, authentic and genuinely committed to growth. I left not only with confidence to facilitate others, but with a far deeper relationship to myself, my body and the intelligence of the human nervous system.

It has been a privilege to be part of this community, and I know these teachings will stay with me for the rest of my life.

Sometimes words are not enough.needless to say if you feel stuck in life, potentially have unresolved trauma or issues this is a safe inclusive space to process through them. I participated in both the online and hybrid Holosomatic Bodywork trainings at InnerCamp, and I also had the opportunity to support three of their workshops as a facilitator assistant, including one where I served as a team leader.

What I appreciate most about InnerCamp is the depth and quality of the education. The training goes far beyond techniques — it offers extensive knowledge about trauma, nervous system regulation, somatic work, safety, and trauma-informed facilitation. The combination of theoretical understanding and practical experience gave me the confidence to start working with clients immediately after my first in-person training.

Since then, I have seen firsthand how much people truly need this kind of work. There is a growing need for safe, trauma-aware spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through the body and nervous system regulation. Holosomatic Bodywork is an incredibly powerful modality for transformation, emotional processing, and creating a deeper sense of inner safety.

I also recently attended their 3-day retreat in Brighton as a participant, which was a deeply meaningful experience for me personally. After that experience, I decided to continue my journey with InnerCamp and enrolled in the Holosomatic Energywork training this December to further expand my knowledge and skills.

The teachers are exceptional — deeply knowledgeable, human, supportive, and authentic. InnerCamp truly feels like a caring community where people are seen, supported, and encouraged to grow both personally and professionally.

I highly reccomend Innercamp! I have participated to an in person holosomatic therapy workshop, a weekend retreat, a virtual breathwork session,I am starting a self healing programme online and planning to start the Breathwork facilitator traing in the summer!
Everyone was so lovely and helpful at the events, the energy was very beautiful and the whole experience was absolutely amazing! I wish more and more people would experience this type of therapy and self growth! Humanity needs more of this for sure! Thank you Innercamp!🙏🙏

I went to the Innercamp Brighton retreat and returned a different person. Through breath, movement, somatic and energy work, I released who I was and re-kindled with my inner child, and more importantly I know now I can truly manifest the person I was meant to be. In order to do so, I surrendered into the process and their team provided the utmost compassionate care to make sure I was well supported during the intense moment of emotional release. The energy work refilled me and the connection I felt with every being and universe is indescribable. All I can say is that I am grateful for this experience and the people I have crossed path with during this journey of discovery. I came to find happiness but instead I found my soul instead.

I joined an online breathwork session with Alexis last Sunday and it was absolutely transformative 🙏 The special sound effects added a whole new dimension, making it easy to fully immerse and let go even from home. Alexis held the space with such warmth and presence that I felt completely safe to surrender to the experience. My body went through intense releases and I came out feeling lighter and deeply moved. The facilitators are enthusiastic and the session was well put together. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve or change their life for the better.
