An amazing experience ✨

I completed the Hybrid Holosomatic Breathwork Facilitator Training with InnerCamp in Málaga in January, and it exceeded every expectation I had.

The training is incredibly in-depth, combining the science behind breathwork with practical facilitation skills, bodywork and energy work. The balance between theory and hands-on experience gave me the confidence to begin facilitating sessions while continuing to develop as both a practitioner and a person.

What really sets InnerCamp apart is that the support doesn't end when the training finishes. The ongoing mentorship, community and guidance have been invaluable, and you genuinely feel supported throughout your journey.

The experience has had such a positive impact on me that I've already booked to return in December for further training. I can't recommend InnerCamp highly enough to anyone looking for professional, high-quality breathwork training with an incredible team.

The 8D Breathwork Workshop was such an intense experience for me and super well conducted by Alexis. It was beautiful to establish a connection to my body and feel the tingling energy. I attended the FREE virtual 8D holosamatic breathing teachings yesterday, it was the first time for me and just WOW! Firstly i slept all night, that's a first in months for me. I will be attending the face to face in Manchester and i am so excited, the breathework is phenomenally powerful and i am deeply grateful to Inner Camp for providing a safe space for us all. I did the Innercamp energy training and it was a truly amazing experience, the instructors were amazing the training was 10/10 and I made some amazing friends. I loved it so much I’ve signed up to do the Breathwork and can’t wait to continue my journey with Innercamp.

After completing the Holosomatic Bodywork Facilitator Training (Online), I can say that this experience became so much more than just a course or a certification process.

I joined this training to deepen my understanding of the body, the nervous system, and trauma-informed approaches, but I found much more than I expected. Throughout this journey, I was deeply touched by the richness and depth of the teachings, the connection between theory and practice, and the quality of the guidance provided by the whole team.

What stood out to me was that this supportive and caring environment was present from the very beginning, even before starting the training. My first interactions with Anamaria already reflected the kindness, attentiveness, and care that I later experienced throughout the course.

All the teachers were incredible: knowledgeable, compassionate, and present. They guided us with care, shared their expertise generously, and were always available to answer questions and support our learning process. I always felt listened to and supported, not only in my learning but also when facing challenges along the way. I truly felt that the team genuinely wanted us to succeed and was always willing to help us find solutions.

The practice sessions were especially valuable in helping me build confidence and feel more prepared to step into this work. I also deeply appreciated the somatic quality of the training itself, as the sense of safety, presence, and connection created within the group reflected the very principles we were learning.

A special thank you to Joanna, my course counsellor, whose kindness, presence, and thoughtful feedback had a particularly meaningful impact on my journey.

This training has been an important part of my personal and professional journey. I leave with more confidence, deeper understanding, valuable tools, and a strong sense of gratitude. I would wholeheartedly recommend this training to anyone wanting to explore somatic work in depth.
