La venditrice mi ha truffato e come me chi sa a quanti, mentre il sito inkpapeeland si è dimostrato serio e comprensivo

Après plusieurs échanges avec le service client _ notamment Elsa que je remercie au passage _ concernant des prélèvements que je contestais et un abonnement que je considère ne pas avoir souscrit de manière claire et consciente, j’ai finalement reçu le remboursement des sommes prélevées.
Je remercie donc le service client d’avoir finalement traité ma réclamation et procédé au remboursement.

Mon expérience se termine donc positivement concernant le remboursement, mais j’encourage vivement l’entreprise à améliorer la transparence du processus de souscription afin d’éviter ce type de situation à l’avenir.

I started receiving emails of an account made( not sure how) and charges being made from my account. When I reached out to customer service they refunded my account and deleted the account I am not sure how it was made. Thanks customer service 😊❤️
