The company negotiated replacement heaters, for faulty ones no longer stocked,in a completely fair and acceptable way. Although the initial used substitutes did not fit the bill, the company offered new ones, at a fair price, from an alternative manufacturer. At all times the company were understanding and helpful. Thank you Jude your bosses should give you a pay rise!

Excellent product, fast delivery time - would highly recommend.

Received a well packaged radiator. It arrived quickly. It is a very clean looking radiator and gives out a fair amount of heat. We have it on feet for the moment so it's mobile. If we invest in another one I'd go for one with a thermostat.

Packaging was a cause for worry at time of delivery but after sales service has been excellent.

Have bought several different models of panels from this company over last couple years, website easy to use, purchasing straight forward, delivery prompt, good support on phone for any questions about this relatively new heating system from a human with a depth of knowledge.

Ordered these two weeks ago after speaking to a very helpful person on the phone about them for about 15 minutes. I finally had them fitted yesterday. Not sure what else to say, I think the review title says it all!

Its a 4 star as I had to pay extra for delivery as it says I live in the highlands of scotland. Aberdeenshire is a long way form being in the highlands.

Prompt delivery, well packaged, clear specification on site, impressive product, maintains consistent temperature, easy control on the WiFi app - bonus space saving heater looks contemporary and stylish.

Like several other people, we have had two exploding thermo glass panels - one above a dining table and one above a sofa. Terrible and dangerous. Am now considerably out of pocket with electricians fees and will now need to install a third option, and pray none of the others also explode as we have over a dozen throughout the house. Bathroom radiator was faulty as well, so that just had to be replaced. Awaiting company response but buyer beware. Debating reporting these dangerous products as I think (based on other similar reviews) these products should be removed from sale

I bought a heater based on the description on the seller's website, which stated that it was a 'free-standing' heater. This turned out to be wrong, so I was unable to use it. I informed them of the error, which they acknowledged and corrected, and thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention.

They then said that to get a refund I must return the heater at my own expense and that I would not be able to get insurance for a glass product, so if the heater was damaged in transit, I would not receive a refund.

To my mind this is appalling and disrespectful customer service that I think the general public should be aware of.

The item was listed as free-standing on your own website, which is where I went for product information. The mistake was therefore made on your side.

In view of this, I think it would be reasonable for you to accept some responsibility, and not have me return it at my own expense and at risk of losing the original £209 + considerable return costs.

In addition, your representative was rude and patronising. I have a copy of the transcript and screenshots of our conversation if you'd like me to post them here?

Ordered a hang up heater for our conservatory to keep the dog warm of an evening. The product is very good. Gives off plenty of heat for its size and very happy overall.
