Спільно з ідеєю зекономити час і кошти: додаток InfoBus має потенціал, але є обмежений у варіантах маршрутів. Наприклад, він не дозволяє прокласти маршрут за вашим бажанням, з вказанням транспорту, часу та місця призначення.

Мій приклад:
1) З Аеропорту Брюсселя до Аеропорту Варшави (вже придбані квитки на 15€, 1,5 години лету)
2) Пересісти на автобус, дістатися з Польщі до Львова (9 годин, 12 євро)
3) Поїздом з Львова до Хмельницького (5 євро, 4 години 30 хвилин)

Так можна зекономити час і гроші. Програма InfoBus не надає таку можливість. Тут пропонуються тільки окремі автобусні маршрути, без можливості поєднувати з авіакомпаніями та залізничним транспортом.

Приклад з вашими маршрутами:
Автобусний маршрут з пересадкою - 35 годин 20 хвилин, 103 євро, на 17 годин та 71 євро дорожче.

Як вірний клієнт, визнаю потенціал InfoBus, але хочу можливість вибору маршруту, щоб ефективно подорожувати. Дякую за розуміння!

Правда хотілось би легше додзвонюватися на гарячу лінію.

Used the company's services twice. For the first time, I drove the route Paris-Khmelnytskyi with two transfers. The bus stood at the border for 4 hours, because of which we were late for the transfer in Lviv. To my surprise, the dispatcher in Lviv quickly found a seat for me on the bus to Khmelnytskyi. Therefore, the next time I also used the company's services and also traveled with transfers, but without fear. Thanks to the company.

I was buying a ticket from Wrocław to Warsaw and the system changed the departure station to a village in the middle of nowhere. I immediately contacted the customer service to find a solution. They took really long to reply "the ticket is not refundable". Ridiculous policy considering the bus was departing a week later than the booking moment so the company could try offer a better solution since my request was changing the departure station because I still needed to make the trip.
I just lost 60zl.
First and last time I buy with these scammers and I'll make sure to tell everyone to avoid them.

Horrible company! I do not recommend to anybody. Driver left me alone in the transfer station at 2 a.m. and endangered my life by this!
I didn't reach my final destination on the bus. I was left at Rzeszow!!!
I had to wait another 2 hours at the station and buy a new ticket.
Also the carrier hasn't provided conditions to transfer a heavy luggage. The bus is very uncomfortable for this purpose. I just couldn't lift my luggage to the cargo compartment and the driver refused to help me.
Moreover, Infobus refused to take any responsibilities for this and refund the ticket.

UPD: In the end, the company returned the money to me for the failed trip and apologized. If they had started with this, that would have been a different story.

My first border crossing.... For those thinking of a Greece to Turkey crossing
Just want to say first the drivers were actually really nice guys with a smile. It helped a lot actually. WIFI was a plus and helped me plan ahead

1. The bus was 2 hours late.
2. There was 15 minutes of paperwork issue
3. There was a 5 minute stop to discuss paperwork again.
4. The drivers both smoked a lot of the journey inside
5. The border was a mess. Greek side and Turkish side.
6. THERE WAS NO TOILET ON THE BUS
7. Being over an hour on the Greek side I went to the toilet. Then we got off and went again at duty free. No communication on toilet stops. I was thirsty waiting 2 hours delay assuming the bus had a toilet. Made me journey pure stress.
8. We were messed around at the Turkish side driving the wrong way up and down and we weren't getting told much only when issues happen.
9. We had a small detour stop for about 6 people to get off. Not on the plan.
10. Arrived 5 hours late. The whole journey said 4 hours and ended up being nearly double.

I lost my enthusiasm to continue my trip for a few more days and flew home early.

Very bad service. I booked the ticket through Info bus and the carrier didn't come to our stop and no information about it. It was from Vilnius Airport to Riga. Until today info bus didn't refund a single penny.

Never ever book through info bus and they blame the carrier for the refund process.

Réserve 2 tickets d’Athènes à Tolo payé 24€4 ok tickets électroniques ok. Le lendemain reçu un mail comme quoi le bus est supprimé, téléphone problème pas assez de clients ? J'ai demandé les autres horaires (1 personne ne parle pas très bien anglais ), j'ai demande l'envoie par mail: j'ai reçu 1 mail en Russe ? J'ai répondu que je ne comprend rien reçu encore un autre mail en Russe. En a marre j'ai laissé tomber. Remboursement 16€80, réclamé pour comprendre la différence résultat c'est ma faute que j'ai annulé donc il y a des frais et que je ne comprends rien au mails en Russe et chaque j'ai répondu au mail que je ne comprend pas Russe et souhaite mail en Anglais. En fin c'est une arnaque totale : une fois payé puis annulé par INFOBUS pour une raison incompréhensible : pas assez de clients ?

En réponse a INFOBUS voici mon réservation qui a ete annulé : Cancel Reservation №6261620
Malgré plusieurs mails et transfert les mails que j'ai reçu en langue Russe ? que je ne comprends rien pas de réponse positif.

Infobus is the great service for buying tickets. They have great bonus program, constant discounts and 24/7 support. It has a very handy app. I use it very often. I’am very satisfied.

Infobus є зручний сайт для пошуку та бронювання подорожей. Видно по яким дням, які є рейси в обраному напрямку. Можно обрати бажане місце в автобусі. Забронювали, і білети швидко прийшли на електронну пошту. Також білети відображаються у особистому кабінеті Infobus, що є дуже зручно. А ще у Infobus є бонуси, які можно накопичувати і обмінювати на наступні подорожі. Тепер будем завжди купувати білети через Infobus.

I recommend the Infobus website. I use it, though not often, but quite regularly I buy bus tickets. For all the time using this service, no cons were found.

HORRIBLE experience was supposed to arrive to London at 6.30 pm arrive the next day at 1am avoid at all cost, no english talking driver, no informations, no charging point in the bus all broken its not worth it !

Коли вперше замовляла квитки закордон, то передивились декілька сайтів, але найбільше мені сподобалась компанія Infobus. Дуже зручно та швидко можна замовити і навіть одразу оплатити, а онлайн квиток через хвилину вже на електронній пошті. На гарячій лінії швидко відповідають, а для тих хто не любить дзвінки є чатбот у Вайбері. Мені все сподобалось, рекомендую!
