My husband ordered a leather biker jacket for me for Christmas, and it was too small - the sizes on here are very strange, I have to say. But he contacted them and sent it back - the new size came promptly and fits just fine. I ordered the same biker jacket for my husband's birthday (this time thinking more about the size), and it fits perfectly. Both are well-made, stylish and very cheap for the quality! Can't fault them (but be wary of the sizing!!)

The jacket is way too small for a medium and it's very poor quality, especially where they have handcut the leather badly from top to bottom of the Zip. In addition the colour isn't as advertised!!!
They've now said that not only must I pay for a return myself, but I must also create my own handwritten return label and order information. That's absolutely pathetic in this day and age, especially when I paid £3 for the delivery.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Infinity Leather especially through Debenhams.

I bought a pair of boots through the Debenhams website and what should have been a straightforward return turned into months of unnecessary stress. Although the official Debenhams returns portal accepted my return and generated a return label without any warning that the return was ineligible, Infinity Leather later refused to refund me, relying on their own 21-day returns policy.

The most frustrating part wasn't even the refusal itself,it was the complete refusal to address the actual issue I raised. I repeatedly asked for evidence that the mandatory pre-contract information required under the Consumer Contracts Regulations had been provided before I purchased the boots. Instead of answering that question, they repeatedly referred me back to their returns policy, which was never what I was asking about.

The whole process became a game of passing responsibility between Infinity Leather and Debenhams. Infinity Leather told me Debenhams should provide the evidence. Debenhams directed me back to Infinity Leather. Meanwhile, nobody actually answered the legal question I had asked.

Customer service was repetitive and unhelpful, with responses that appeared to ignore the points I was making. Rather than trying to resolve the dispute fairly, they simply continued repeating the same policy.

To make matters worse, the quality of the boots did not justify the hassle that followed. After this experience, I would not buy from Infinity Leather again, nor would I have confidence buying from third-party sellers through Debenhams if this is how customer disputes are handled.

I have now had no option but to pursue the matter through the courts to recover my money. This entire situation could have been avoided with transparent information and reasonable customer service.

A brilliant company fast delivering and a beautiful product

Love the sandals I bought. I usually live in hiking boots and trainers but these were really comfortable.

Sent back shoes for an exchange. Have kept the shoes and not sent the exchange or a refund. Has been more than three weeks of them saying they will send the tracking. They have even charged me for the delivery for the exchange

I ordered a leather jacket from this company which was supposed to to be a 3xl when I put the jacket on it was more like a medium when I measured the jacket it came up as a 36 chest ?
When I spoke to the company I was going to get a exchange but the time it took to come from purfleet in Essex to Harwich was a joke now when I’ve returned it I had to pay return postage then you have to fight them to get the refund I would not bother using this company as the customer service stinks

The item its self of top quality, thick leather and overall quality was excellent, and for the price of this jacket it was well worth it!!!!!! That good that I am confident to wear this as a protective jacket on my motorbike.

A placed order twice for New Rock Boots (one throughout Amazon and one throughout the website) and both times i was amaze by the quickly delivery even if it’s shipped from UK to Canada :)

Firstly I have to say I have always Found Infinityleathers excellent.
I have ordered from them now on 3 separate occasions New Rock mens shoes.
Every time they have turned up as promised and in excellent condition.
I don't usually write reviews however on this occasion fair is fair, as I know I would be quick to complain if there was an issue.
They have always delivered in time with quality merchandise. 100% my place to go for my New Rock shoes !!. 5 Stars

Item recieved was USED and DAMAGED Had scruffs all over and it seemed like it had been re-painted or repaired.

Contacted the seller and they sent a free Royal mail tacked return label to send the item back.
After a week of NO SIGNALS from them, I contacted them for an update.

THE SELLER STATES THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL, despite the tracking reference saying the opposite.
They told me I had to contact Royal mail and sort it myself. Royal mail has confirmed by geolocation that the item had been delivered to the correct address, they also said that it's the sellers duty to follow up on this as they are the ones that provide the return label.

The seller REFUSES TO PROVIDE A REFUND.
When investigating Google and tripadvisor reviews this is clearly the way they operate as there's many reviews with the exact same situation.
ABSOLUTE SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Recently purchased a leather jacket from them and I’m extremely impressed with the quality. The leather feels premium and the overall fit is excellent. I usually wear a size L, but their customer service team advised me to go for an XL and it fits perfectly. Really appreciate their guidance and attention to detail. Great product and top-notch service. Highly recommended
