Great service. Excellent delivery as on the day the bottom of the road was closed due to water main issue. The driver phoned ahead and still managed to get my delivery up to me 5 Star service

The practise of not replacing any pavers broken in transit . They say they allow ta percentage for breakages which basically means that if you are one or 2 short at the end of the job you can't buy 1

Dear Kevin,

I'm sorry the damage policy outlined on our website has left you unsatisfied. We include an allowance of 1 or two damaged slabs in transit per pack depending on size, above which we refund the damaged slabs rather than send out replacements as it is difficult to package individual replacement slabs in a way they will not be liable to further damage, and the transport costs are prohibitive.

I will call you later to see if there is anything we can do to leave you feeling happier.

Delivered on time
Product same as advertised.
Ordering Easy
Better than a company less than five mins drive from where I live.
This company had the edge, as I was ordering this product for the first time I rang around and google etc, some companies never sent samples like they promised, never returned calls, only had bots, I will certainly use this company again if i need more slabs

Good but.....

Good but the delivery turned up with a non functional fork lift which meant we had to handball the slates off the lorry so not ideal! Otherwise the slabs and delivery time was good.

Quick and easy order

Quick and easy order, great customer service, thete was an issue with the product at the factory, however this was resolved straight away, and with an explination over the phone,
The products were delivered as expected
First class will use again when needed and will for sure recommend to others

Delivered as expected

Delivered with no broken flags, no fuss with dropping it on driveway. Chased up via email a delivery date as their was no communication in regards to delivery and eventually got through to fella on phone who was very helpful and professional. Be good to have a more responsive delivery info communication but would definitely use again.
