Infinite Paving Ltd Arvostelua 151

Never had reason to fault Infinite Paving, been using them for over a decade and it's been consistently the same quality of service. Couriers can lead to minor issues on occasion, but that's nothing to do with Infinite and even then it's largely been smooth sailing. One of the few online retailers I have maximum trust for.

Great service. Excellent delivery as on the day the bottom of the road was closed due to water main issue. The driver phoned ahead and still managed to get my delivery up to me 5 Star service

Charged for delivery despite stating free UK delivery. Delivery was outwith timescales of 5 working days. They didn't provide full order. Tried to put us off the other items we ordered as they claimed the outdoor paving is not suitable for wet weather??? Not a great experience overall and won't use this company again.
Edit: added 1 star as it was only average service (I assumed 2 was average). I still stand by my comments, delivery was outwith advertised timescales, free delivery excludes large areas of the 'UK', if you don't have stock don't take orders in good faith and I didn't realise 'wet climate' is only an issue in Scotland.....

Great product exceeded my expectations, such lovely colours and great quality. Would recommend raj green cobbles. Delivery came quick the following week after ordering over the weekend. I was hesitant without seeing the product first but needn’t have worried. These are hand cut random thickness, some are very thick, but are all very similar same size square top.

Ordered 3 pallets of slate paving slabs 24th March, only 2 pallets arrived . No contact from Infinite as a result. Phoned to say we are missing pallet 1 of 3, said they'd investigate. Emailed and called a few more times. It's now the 21 May, I was told for the second time (15th May) that a replacement pallet would be sent and was due for delivery 19th May. No delivery has been made, no choice available but to contact credit card company. Really, really poor customer service, no idea why, as we have ordered numerous things from them previously and it has been straight forward. It's a real shame, as I am now having to dispute via credit card company to get a refund, which ironically costs the business more money and costs me time having to fill out various forms. If they had offered a refund or actually delivered a replacement this just wouldn't be an issue. Conclusion, very odd!

Updated: We have now received a replacement and a discount on future orders. Appreciate finally resolving this, look forward to things hopefully improving on future orders. 3 stars just on the basis of time to resolve, which feels avoidable with a little more care.

Tiles are looking very nice but I need to deduct one star as delivery wasn’t what I expected. All in total the weight was 950kg. I expected that it would be moved to my garden by proper forklift not left outside of my property . The guy just moved it from truck by platform trolley. As it was on public paving, even though I’m 6 months pregnant I had no other choice but hand move 950kg from outside of the gate to my property. I only take 1 star off as I read comments and apparently you mention in your terms that this is the way you deliver all your products.

Product is fine but delivery was not good despite Gregory Distribution driver’s best efforts. The low level forklift was unable to place crates where needed despite plywood sheeting provided and that meant that all crates had to be dismantled.

Our patio pack came exactly on time at a good price. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful. The Indian sandstone is as shown on website/described. Happy Customers.

The slabs I purchased are beautiful (raj green porcelain) and very good quality. Delivery is fast. Delivered 3rd Feb.

A week after placing the order I was told the slabs were out of stock; i was offered an alternative but that wasn't suitable. Infinite did look around to get them from a different supplier which took another week but they did arrive.

There were some broken slabs which have been refunded.

I would use Infinite Pavaing again, but confirm stock levels if delivery dates are critical.

Ordered 29th March. Currently 12th April, and not received. Last email received was 30th March to say it was on way.

A brilliant Service. All staff were really friendly and helpful and the product was also great.
