I am writing to bring attention to a serious concern shared by many drivers regarding the current fare structure. Due to the continuous increase in petrol prices in Pakistan, it has become very difficult for drivers to manage their daily expenses while working on your platform.
We kindly request that you review and increase the fares to ensure fair earnings for drivers. This adjustment is essential to maintain driver satisfaction and service quality.
Please note that if this issue is not addressed promptly, more than 200 InDrive driver group members are considering taking legal action and approaching the court to resolve this matter.
We hope you will take this concern seriously and take immediate steps to support your driver community.

This morning I ordered a ride,the driver accepted it but then sat in the same spot for 20 minutes .I called him he just said "cancel it" and hung up .support replied only after an hour and it was some generic template .overall I use the app ,but when things like this happen,it just makes you give up

The ride itself was fine,but when I tried to discuss the price with the driver he started getting upset, Eventhough we had already agreed on it beforehand, we ended up going but it left a bad taste. Maybe he was just in bad mood,but it kind of ruined experience.

great experience overall.it feels like the app is built around fairness,you always know what you're going to pay.d it a few times at night and everything went smoothly.I now pick indrive over other apps most of the time

Overall I’m satisfied.I often get rides cheaper than with other apps, and it’s nice to have options. There can be delays finding a driver during peak hours, it’s not a big deal. Works well for every day rides.

Good app,especially if you don't want to overpay because of surge pricing. I like that you can see driver offers and choose. The only downside is that sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a ride confirmed,but overall it's fine

Not a bad service but there are some issues sometimes drivers cancel or don’t accept the ride if the price did’t good for them on the other hand the binding system is actually pretty useful and you can save money.I still use it,just not all the time

It's an okay app overall .

I like the idea of setting your own price,but sometimes it takes too long to find a driver .A few rides went smoothly,others not so much .I still use it when I'm not in a rush

Used in Egypt. Driver demanded double the fair which I paid as had a little one and couldn’t be bothered for any drama in another country. App disallowed me to leave negative feedback regarding this and would only allow a minumum 4 star (scamm). As frustrating as this was, it was even more frustrating to then see I had been given a 1 star when the driver had pocketed a double fare. Would never use the app again.

Fantastic driver was waiting for me helped with my bags and the car was sharp 10/10 service

Nice app, the cars are clean and drivers are polite but some clearly don’t know the area well and drive like total noobs.

I had a very disappointing experience today with inDrive that I feel compelled to share.

I booked a ride to my workplace, and the app clearly showed a fare of SAR 15.13 (I accepted an offer around SAR 15.31). In fact, while searching for a driver, I received the same fare offer—SAR 15.13—from three different drivers. Confident that this was the agreed price, I selected one and completed the ride.

However, to my shock, when I later checked my account, I was charged SAR 18.91 instead. This is completely unacceptable and feels highly deceptive. The fare shown and agreed upon should be the fare charged—anything else is misleading and unprofessional.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I am a regular customer. I have been using inDrive for several months, and today marked approximately my 60th ride using the app. As a loyal user, I expected transparency and fairness, not this kind of unpleasant surprise.

This experience has left me extremely upset and disappointed. If this is how fares are handled, then customers cannot trust what they see on the app. I strongly urge others to double-check their charges and be cautious.

Fair price and the driver arrived on time but he didn’t say a single word the entire trip.

Last weekend I had a wedding at a winery. Swiss punctuality in my blood, so I booked an inDrive with a 45 minute late. Car clean, guy cool - but the buffer was gone.

We hit traffic. I walked into the ceremony right as the couple started their vows. Snuck in like a cat that got caught stealing.

Driver was fine, ride was fine. But the app messing up the pickup - that's just sloopy. I booked a ride, not a scavenger hunt.

For the driver - respect. For the service - fix your navigation.

I've been using this car sharing for long time, but to be honest, this time it wa a bit disappointing. The car was there, it started without problems, and I got to where I needed to go. But when I returned it, they almost charged me extra for "mechanical damage" that didn't even exists - it was just a scratch from dirt. Also, the tariffs have become quite expensive lately, and there are fewer discounts for regular users. That's why I'm giving three stars. For me, transparency and fair treatment are important.

Its fine for short trips but for longer rides, you never know what you're gonna get.. some drivers are great and others seem like they just started driving yesterday

sometimes app works fine but sometimes it logs you out for no reason and you have to sign in again

Price was ok but the driver took some weird route, felt way longer than it should be, asked for more money because of that.

Got a ride finally but the driver and car smelled like cigarettes,it wasnt that cheap or fast at all
