Once connected to an agent, 10/10 stars. Trying to speak to an agent through the 1-800number 0/5 stars. It took two days before getting a human.

That human was Drishti Srivastava & she was wonderful! She was able to help solve my problem within a few minutes She was kind, polite, and supportive throughout. She was able to provide support over the phone and via email - having both lines of communication made the experience much easier. She also went above and beyond to help solve the issue we were having. Thank you Drishti for all your help : )

Ashish was absolutely wonderful. Give that man a raise!!! Seriously, I can't say enough good things about him. Our hotel is getting ready for our first in-person inspection in 6 years, and in true Maddie fashion, I waited til two days before the inspection to make sure our team had nametags- which is a requirement. Since our technology refresh, our NPG software was removed from the workstations. Ashish was able to help me retrieve the templates and serial number to make it work. Then today he helped me place an order to restock our supplies. He even let me know about the online ordering portal (I had no idea,) but he was so kind and insisted that we could always call to place an order too. Being in the service industry for two decades, I have high standards for service, and Ashish absolutely exceeded them. I hope he sees this review. Thank you so much!

From the moment I spoke with her about my concerns, she provide me with exceptional service. She answered all my questions and then contacted Technical Support to follow up with additional help. Terrible Service and Delays

Ordering from this company has become a disaster. Their system kept crashing during checkout, and emails to their reps went unanswered for weeks. When someone finally replied, they passed me off to someone else with no real help. It’s been over a month, and we still don’t have our staff badges. We’ve had to use sticky notes instead. No accountability, just empty apologies. Never ordering from them again.

I was hopeful for getting some name badges for our staff, however the online ordering experience has given me nothing but trouble, so I don't think I'll end up ordering from them.
Several times I've gone through the whole design/customization process, clicked "confirm" to head to checkout, and it just takes me back to the first item screen where you can choose badge specifications before you design them. I lose all my work and have to try again. The times when I did get through to the checkout, I had errors that wouldn't let me proceed. I tried chatting with support, who just told me to sign in in a private window. I tried this and was unable to sign in, even after changing my password. They then deleted my account so I could re-make it, and start from scratch. Which I did. I re-made all my name badges, tried again, and was re-directed to the original item screen, 3 TIMES. The online experience has been nothing but frustrating. I'll be looking for an alternative direction.

We had ordered magnetic name badges and the first batch we received were poor quality due to using a logo file that wasn't high resolution enough. We contacted Imprint Plus customer service and they were so supportive and helpful! We sent them a high resolution graphic and they sent us another batch of name badges with no additional costs! The quality is amazing and we are so happy with the final product! Thank you!

When calling, trying to find a lost email order, Ashish helped me place the order immediately and submit my tax exempt certificate, all in about 10 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable; he was very helpful.

I find the Imprint Plus website to be 'messy' and I had no idea I needed to go through so many steps to get metal plates printed. What if there was a radio button on the order screen that indicated a company has artwork on file and to use that? Would cut out a lot, lot, lot of headache. A mid-cost shipping option would be nice, too...cheap and slow vs. fast and expensive???There has to be something better.
