Fantastic communication, good items and a great price, highly recommend

Fantastic.

It’s good that I can speak to an expert in many areas but food for my puppy Cockrr Spaniel in particular as she is so fussy with her food- maybe training with healthy food treats has made her such a fuss pot. Claire has patiently listened and advised - puppy is now one and Vet diagnosed a healthy dog - her coat is beautiful. So we carry on tempting her with fresh salmon decorated on top So thank you.

Fantastic service but unfortunately the nutritionist you referred me to has advised me not to use the product, so through ignorance, I've wasted my money!

Popped in for a perfect fit harness for our crazy Cockapoo. Have read many forums and reviews that I finally decided to buy one. We were staying in the touring site so was perfect. Had googled perfect fit stockists and couldn’t believe the location.

Didn’t want to buy online as prefer to take my dog in store to get them fitted. The lady (Claire I think) was brilliant. She measured my dog up and gave us some great advice. Signed up to the website and will be coming back in the future when our dog outgrows this harness. She’s only had it a couple of days but it looks great and she’s happy to wear it. We’ve tried all sorts of different harnesses but they’ve never been the best fit. Thank you so much. I’d definitely recommend this little gem of a pet shop

The product i ordered has now been withdrawn from production,so the owner called me and advised me on another one with all natural ingredients which is similar to the original one
Extremely helpful i would thoroughly recommend using this company

Quick delivery
Good selection on raw food
Will definitely order again
Thank you

I’ve had a fantastic experience shopping at Imperial Pets. The selection of high-quality pet food is impressive, with options tailored to all kinds of dietary needs — from grain-free to breed-specific formulas. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to offer advice, making it easy to find the best products for my pet.

The shop is clean, well-organised, and welcoming, and I really appreciate the personal touch they bring to customer service. Prices are fair, and they often have great deals and loyalty rewards. My pet is thriving thanks to the food I’ve found here — I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

Highly recommended for any pet owner who wants the best for their furry friend.

Personable friendly service. Willing to go go out of way to meet particular needs.

Great communication and prompt delivery, thanks!

Great service from an independent company
