My Hoppy Pets order arrived quickly, and my bunnies loved the forage. Great products from a company who want only the best for small animals. Highly recommended.

Hoppy Pets are Brilliant!

I want to say how brilliant the Hop Box subscription is! There is always a variety of safe toys and forage that all my rabbits love. It is such good value and I have opened this months and wanted to let people know how it is! Delivery is fast, the variety in the shop is huge and it helps you to give treats and enrichment that you know are 100% natural and safe. My rabbits love everything and they are very fussy! I really recommend Hoppy Pets, I don’t go anywhere else now. Helen

A site that generally cares about small animals

This is an amazing site that generally care about small animals and their delicate digestive systems. Nothing is sold that would be a harm to them.

They are amazing at sorting out any problems, with a quick response, contacting manufacturers and quickly removing items from website if needed.

They come highly recommended and it’s a piece of mind that everything is animal safe unlike some sellers in the UK.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery. There were a few items out of stock & 1 of the items I wanted wasn't available anymore. The items received were packaged well & came with a cute bunny card.

Poor quality products

Everything I bought, hay and forage, for my rabbits from Hoppy Pets was very disappointing. No actual 'problems' but the overall quality of everything is poor and it's expensive too. I will not be buying anything from this seller again.

Vastaus yritykseltä Hoppy Pets

Thank you for updating your review. We’re sorry that the products weren’t to your personal preference. Your order contained hay, marigolds and coriander stalks, and as you have confirmed, there was no actual problem with either product.

We take the quality of everything we sell very seriously and have received no other concerns about these batches. All prices are clearly displayed on our website before an order is placed, allowing customers to decide whether they are happy with the cost before purchasing.

We would always encourage customers to contact us directly if there is a specific issue so that we have the opportunity to investigate and help. As no fault or specific problem has been identified, there is unfortunately nothing further we are able to investigate or resolve.
