I've been part of Impact Academy since April, and it's honestly been one of the most rewarding investments I've made in my business.

I joined impact with no real idea of what I wanted to offer my future audience. I was lost in the cycle of teaching everything to everyone but deep down I was loosing my passion. At first I was hesitant to join the program because of the investment. For over 2 years I was trying to get my online courses up, but I had no idea where to start. I tried different things and was never sure if I was on the right track.

Within 1 month on the Impact program, I already had a clear idea of what I needed to do to build an audience and market my courses. Andy provides valuable information to help you understand everything from working out your service offering, to growing an audience, to recording course material.. everything is covered and even more. The community is also really helpful.

Be prepared to put in a lot of work. One of my concerns was whether I would have enough time, and I’m glad to be doing the program over a summer break while I have some extra free hours. Set aside at least 4-6 hours per week.

What’s been most helpful for me is knowing exactly what I need to do after 2 years of trying to figure it out on my own, and having the coaches and community members who I can speak to and ask questions to.

I joined Impact at 64 years old.

The studio where I had taught for years had closed, and most of my students had disappeared. I felt like I had lost a big part of myself too.

Where I started

Joining Impact was probably the best business decision I've made in years.

For months, I kept seeing Impact's ads, but honestly, I was skeptical. I wasn't sure how legitimate it was or whether it could actually help my business. I already had an online yoga business, but over the previous three years I had lost direction. And when my mum got really sick and I had to fly to England to take care of her, they let me pause. No pressure. No penalties. Just people being decent humans about it.

That meant everything.

Probably like you I wondered if IMPACT was just a lot of hot air and yet another scam where a company sells you into a program and then leaves you floundering.

I've been let down so badly so many times 😭

I joined IMPACT at the end of April; I'm so flipping happy to say they are the exact opposite of all of my bad experiences!

They are well resourced and have different experts for different components - general help, content creation, mindset, social media, tech support etc.

You can pick and choose what you need to strengthen each week and get personalised help as part of a small group (and there are options for 121 help).

And, because their emphasis is so much on getting YOU and YOUR gifts out to the world the community is massively supportive.

You are not in competition with anybody but yourself - and the only way to find out how far you can take your business is to keep building it! I am so glad I joined.

I rarely give 5-star reviews lightly, but Impact Academy truly deserves it.

Impact has completely changed the way I think about business. Not by turning me into someone I’m not, but by helping me organise what I already had: years of experience, knowledge, passion, and a genuine desire to help people.

As a yoga teacher and educator, selling never came naturally to me. I loved teaching, but I struggled with consistency, visibility, and understanding how to reach the people who genuinely needed what I had to offer. Impact gave me structure, practical tools, and clear guidance. For the first time, I truly understood funnels, the importance of building an email list, why niching down matters, and how showing up online can actually feel aligned rather than exhausting.

What I appreciate most is the support. The mentors and community are incredibly generous, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your growth.

That being said, Impact is not magic. It won’t build your business for you. You still have to do the work, show up, experiment, learn, and keep going when things don’t work immediately. But if you’re willing to put in the effort, Impact gives you everything you need: the roadmap, the tools, and the support to create something meaningful.

For me, the transformation is still ongoing. And that’s probably the biggest compliment I can give: this wasn’t a quick fix. It changed the way I think, create, and run my business every single day.

I'm updating my review because my experience changed a lot since writing the review below, and I want to be transparent for anyone considering Impact.
I joined in November 2025 and invested $6,180. Before joining, I shared in writing with my sales rep that my goals were running four international yoga teacher trainings a year and getting help filling them. On my sales call, I was told Impact could help me fill my trainings, that I was guaranteed to make my investment back, and that 5 to 10 hours of work a week would be enough. I was also encouraged to join right away, before my trainings started, rather than waiting until after.
I paid my first installment of $3,090 at the end of that sales call. The contract was sent to me afterward. When I read it, it stated that payments are non-refundable, that no results are guaranteed, and that nothing said outside the contract counts. None of what I'd been told on the call was in it.
When I read the contract, I saw the no-refund clause, and I hesitated. I asked my rep to add a separate promise into the contract before I signed. I was told it was their standard agreement that all students sign, that it would be handled manually in their system, and that I didn't need to worry because I had it in writing in our WhatsApp chat. When I shared that I'd been burned by contracts before and was trying to be cautious, I was told their way of doing business is "if you don't win, nobody wins."
That reassurance is what made me feel safe enough to sign. That particular promise was honored. But I wish I had pushed harder to get the money-back guarantee I was told about on my sales call written into the contract too. When I later raised it, the company relied on the contract's terms that no results are guaranteed and that nothing said outside the contract counts.
Before I could get on a call with Andy, the head coach, I had to complete a significant amount of prep work. I did it while preparing for my first teacher training, because I was hoping for guidance on how to fill it. On that first call, I learned that filling in-person trainings is outside Andy's expertise and not something the program helps with. After investing specifically for that support, it felt like a real gut punch.
I want to be fair: Andy has always been honest with me and has genuinely rooted for me. That's a big reason I stayed bought in for so long and held off on writing this. My issue is with the gap between what I was told on my sales call and what actually happened.
I came in with a strong foundation. I had grown my Instagram to 14,000 followers in one year on my own and already had online courses built. For the past 10 months, I've worked on Impact full time, except for the two months I was running my teacher trainings. I attended calls, launched funnels, built and launched a new flagship course, and grew my email list by about 2,000 subscribers. I was even featured publicly by Impact as a success story.
After all of that, I've made $1,708 back on my $6,180 investment. When I requested a partial refund based on what I was told on my sales call, I was pointed to the contract's no-refund clause. To their credit, they did extend my access free of charge.
In my original review, I shared that I came in with "business coach trauma" and felt this experience was healing. Unfortunately, it ended up feeling a lot like the experiences I was trying to move past.
Who this is and isn't for:
If you want to learn how to build funnels and sell online courses, and you're okay with the real possibility of not making your investment back, this program may be a fit for you.
If your goal is filling in-person events like retreats or teacher trainings, this program isn't built for that.
And no matter what you're told on a sales call, read the contract before you pay. If something important isn't in the contract, ask for it in writing in the contract itself. A promise in a chat or on a call may not protect you later.

I recently joined Impact Academy and also had the opportunity to attend a mastermind in LA led by Andy and his team.

I’m a huge believer in mentorship because I’ve seen firsthand how much faster growth happens when you’re supported by people who have already done what you’re trying to do.

Within just the first couple of weeks of the program, I had a major breakthrough in clarity around my business. I’ve spent a long time trying to understand how to bring all of the modalities I want to teach under ONE clear umbrella, and finally started seeing how to communicate my work in a way that feels aligned and actionable.

Attending the mastermind took that even further. I was able to get my most pressing question answered directly by Andy and received so much valuable feedback and perspective from both him and the team.

Veronica, Ali, Greg, and everyone involved created an environment that felt supportive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping their students succeed. It felt less like a program and more like being surrounded by experienced people who truly want to help you move forward.

The workshops from Impact are so helpful as they give you a sense of community and immediate feedback about your own business struggles/offerings. They give you clarity and actionable steps to take. Highly recommend attending one!

I attended the LA Mastermind yesterday and walked away with so much knowledge and clarity. The system that Impact teaches you is very structured and you will see success if you stick to it. It was nice to get feedback from Andy, the CEO, himself. He told me I am indeed moving in the right direction with what I am doing and helped me get clarity on my next steps. That was really motivating! Talking to Veronica, the social media content expert, was also extremely helpful. We did a deep dive into the IG accounts of several attendees and analyzed why some content works and what changes others need to be successful on social media. Everybody walked away learning so much. Lastly, it was nice to meet other Impact members. Some that were far ahead of me, some that were just starting out. Despite where everyone was on their online yoga business journey, the mastermind was helpful for all. Great connections were made yesterday and I know some paths will cross again :) If you’ve been thinking about joining Impact but been hesitant, just do it already. It’s hard to figure this online business stuff out by yourself and there’s an amazing team of experts out there that will do all the handholding that you need.
