Very strange and confusing setup. The Manchester and Warrington centres use the same Impact Academies branding and almost identical website pages, yet bookings and payments apparently cannot be transferred between them.

I paid £130 for a 3-day summer camp, but the payment page and receipt did not clearly state the centre or venue. I only received the final confirmation with the full Manchester address more than two weeks later.

I contacted them immediately and asked for either a refund or a transfer to Warrington. Both were refused.

They were very quick to contact me when discussing extra days and further payment, but when I needed help with a genuine booking problem, the customer service was rigid and completely unhelpful.

I am now pursuing the payment through my bank.

Very poor experience.

Excellent experiente with Impact London .

Thank you for your excellent work!

The company that runs the Stratford branch are complicit in selling a service that falls short of their claims. Firstly their consultant Sophie , contacts you repeatedly to sign up. Leaving out the small detail that you are signing up for monthly subscriptions. Then the lessons are not explained and children sit for 2 hours copying code from the board without any explanation. Then you are charged a monthly subscription for 3 sessions. The service is far below standard and a miss selling of a product. Do not waste your money find a reputable coding club for your child to learn core skills that will help them in their education. Do not give this company your card details as they will take unauthorised payments from your account .

The school accidentally charged me twice for lessons back in April, and I’ve had no luck getting a refund. They told me they can’t do anything about it because it was an automatic payment from three months ago (which doesn’t really make sense to me). The only option they gave me was to take another four lessons which I feel kind of forced into, since they already have my money. Honestly, I’m really disappointed. My son had been enjoying the online lessons, but after this, I don’t feel like I can trust them to teach him anymore.

Impact Academies in London is an amazing
IT school for juniors! The curriculum is engaging and well-structured, the instructors are highly skilled and great with kids, and the hands-on learning approach inspires a real love for technology. Highly recommend!

Очень классная компания! Предоставляют деткам крутую возможность изучать IT с раннего возраста! Мой сын ходит уже 3 месяца с большим удовольствие и планируем и дальше ходить!!!
