Shipping was terrible as the description stated that it was covered by the coupon and that was not the case. Also, by shipping by USPS, shipping was delayed and the item didn't come on time.

I love the this retroview device as I had in my childhood. The photos are crisp and clear and colorful. The communications, updates, info, has been great. Order arrived quickly and well packaged. I wish there were more photo slots, would like more than 8 per disc.

I love Retro Viewer and use it every year without fail. It's a great, reliable service. My only recommendation is to send an email notification before deleting saved reels. I unfortunately lost a couple of years of reels, which was disappointing. A heads-up would be incredibly helpful!
