Excellent Support
We have used iiko now for just under a year. The system is robust, ours has been programmed well so easy to use, but the best part is the back up service.
We change menus regularly and this is always updated within seconds from our excellent support team.
I would highly recommend this ipos system

Amazing and would Highly Recommend
I started using this system last year (Dec 18), when I purchased my coffee Shop and Wine Bar. I have to say it was one of my best purchases which I have made. The reporting system, staff rota system and stock controls are great. I cannot fault the support team who are just so helpful even when it is our error. The system has lots of functions and I am still getting used to them. The automatic link into my accounting system (Xero) is also great. It's a really simple easy to use POS system. I would highly recommend this system to anyone, Well done IIko team and thank you.
