Here is how we are paid, because it is the first thing people ask: carriers pay us a commission, so our help costs you nothing. Your premium is set by the carrier and is the same whether you enroll through us, directly with the company, or on the Marketplace. We do not charge fees. Because we are independent, we are not steering you toward one company's plan. On a typical call we ask what you actually need, confirm your doctors and prescriptions are covered before you enroll, walk through the real tradeoffs between plans, and handle the paperwork.
