Can’t even follow instructions..
Your company failed to follow instructions given on the app - resulting in damaging thousands of pounds worth of clothing. We requested no tumble dry.. yet it was clearly tumble dried, resulting in dye marks on a designer shirt and several shrunk items. To top that off I left a cream shirt which was stained with instructions of try to remove stain (inside collar sweat marks) to which you bleached the whole shirt from a lovely cream colour to a stark pure white.. like basic level of intelligence is missing with who ever you outsource to. Not being able to follow instructions and damage clothing to then also over charge for the privilege - will be seeking compensation through citizens advice. Awful service avoid at all costs - Unless you want your clothing ruined :)

Fantastic service. Collection and delivery times always met, friendly drivers and washing always beautifully clean and well folded. Next day service has helped me so much during a stressful house move and broken washing machine. Especially great for large towels and bedding.

Business Traveler in Desperate Need
I was in London on business for 3 weeks and knew I had to do laundry. How does one do laundry in a foreign country? Coins, soap, waiting, waiting, waiting? No - I didn't have time for that. I did a google and found ihateironing. I needed same day pickup/delivery. Needless to say, I'm so thankful I found them.
They picked up my order from my hotel around 7-8 AM, and delivered it back by 6pm ish. I wasn't even there - the hotel delivered the big beautiful bag to my room.
I got to my room, unzipped it, and cried (seriously). It saved me so much time and stress. Everything was laundered nicely, folded beautifully, and carefully presented! I am so thankful and will absolutely use them again (and you should too)!!!!

Good for men’s shirts but nothing expensive or delicate
Good for standard clothing like men’s shirts, but every time I send something more expensive or requiring more care I receive an email from ihateironing refusing to accept any responsibility for the item and only agreeing to dry clean the item if I accept full responsibility for any damage caused. I have recently sent some jeans to be tailored and received them back in the same condition with no explanation at all.
Convenient for easy cheap items but unfortunately not an alternative for a good high street dry cleaners or anything remotely expensive.

Disappointing experience, but they did make it right after I posted a review
Update: The company reached out to me and was willing to extend a credit for the amount that I had to pay to replace the damaged items. I'm still a little leery about using them for specialty things...these were items placed in a dry cleaning bag and they admitted they did not dry clean. So I will still use but will think twice about sending anything important to be cleaned.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! See side-by-side photos of the silk items (one they've cleaned properly many times in the past and then the 2 they screwed up but now will not give me a credit)
I used to use ihateironing weekly. I stopped using them as often because their delivery drivers had trouble with figuring out how to access our gate and it was too much of a hassle, but I still used ihateironing on occasion for dry cleaning and for specialty things like mattress pads or bulky items. And I never complain. Ever. I have been a faithful client for a long time! They made a mistake with my dry cleaning items. I had specialty silk items that I placed in my dry cleaning bag - to be DRY CLEANED only and they were returned to me washed and they were completely ruined. Shrunken, misshapen, all a mess. So I replaced the items immediately, which cost me $140. I shared the photos with them for ihateironing to see these 2 items that were ruined next to the same silk item that they properly cleaned in the past so they could contrast side by side -- the one cleaned properly still smooth and perfect. the 2 they ruined all lumpy and not even the same size!!! So I expected at minimum some sort of credit for future services. I felt that would be totally reasonable. Instead, I'm told that they "investigated" and "over time silk can fade" What???? Unbelievable. Do not use them. They don't take care of their customers when they screw up!

Unreliable.
Scheduled a collection for 7pm -8.30 Friday evening from Weybridge and had text confirmation an hour before. No one turned up. I phoned and the customer service rep was very helpful but she said they’d had a problem with the driver and re-scheduled for the next morning between 7-9. No one turned up and there was no communication whatsoever to warn of a problem. I phoned at 4pm. No explanation. I won’t ever use again.

Formal Complaint
Formal Complaint – Extremely Rude and Disrespectful Behaviour
The delivery person behaved in an extremely rude, impolite, and disrespectful manner. As we opened the main entrance door of our building to exit, he forced his way inside, physically blocking our path, as though he had some entitlement to enter before the residents.
What was even more unacceptable was that he did not apologise and instead tried to argue with us when we pointed out his behaviour. We made it clear that, at the very least, he should have apologised for deliberately forcing his way past us.
This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. Delivery personnel are expected to treat EVERYBODY with basic courtesy and respect.
