⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I honestly cannot recommend Natasha Janssen highly enough!

From the very beginning, Natasha was absolutely amazing to deal with. She was professional, patient, kind and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Moving homes can be a very stressful experience, but Natasha made everything feel so much easier with the way she communicated, followed up and genuinely cared about helping me.

What stood out most to me was that Natasha went beyond simply doing her job. She was understanding, approachable and always willing to assist whenever I had questions or concerns. I never felt like I was just another client — she made me feel valued and looked after every step of the way.

Her professionalism and dedication are a real credit to IGrow. People like Natasha are exactly what makes a company stand out.

Thank you so much, Natasha, for all your help, patience and kindness. I truly appreciate everything you did for me, and I’m incredibly grateful to have had you assisting me through the process.

If you are ever fortunate enough to deal with Natasha Janssen, you are in excellent hands! ❤️👏🏽

After 2 days of email and messaging agents. Alexis Kruger finally called back with solutions and an explanation. Thank you for taking the time to help me resolve my issue. Keep up with the good service

Sandy Fahrenfort!!!

What an amazing person to work with! This is the first time ever using a bond originator and I am so happy we crossed paths!
She communicates exceptionally well and answers questions with so much insight and knowledge. She has not only guided us through the whole process but she managed to secure an unheard of interest rate that was even below my wishes! She worked extemely hard in securing only the best for us and we are extemely grateful and appreciative. I could go on all day!

I would highly recommend Sandy, she is exceptionally good at what she does! Keep up the good work Sandy!

Sandy assisted me with my bond application. She was amazing and kept me updated throughout the process. She also managed to secure a great interest rate with the bank for me. She was super efficient which made the process pain free. Definitely recommend her services.

Sandy was an excellent bond originator and made sure we got the best rates possible!

I couldn't get the agency to arrange a viewing but I still paid the deposit. When I eventually saw the place, I realized it wouldn't be suitable for my furniture so I cancelled the lease. They then charged me what they called a damage fee and kept the entire deposit. I regret dealing with them because I was already struggling financially and this made things much worse. All that deposit would have served a better purpose on CVE Capital Corp

Hello, I would like to give Denzal Moyo a 100 per cent score rate. Denzal took the time and the patience to assist me with an issue of noise that occurred for 5 months. The issue was with another BC not assisting the issue. The issue was resolved in 3 days and now I can destress knowing Denzal was on it.

You were really outstanding.

Thank you.

Mandy

Devon Sobaren actually help with resolving the issue. Maintenance was done in speedy repair.

Natasha Janssen was great... at first.
Then came 3 months later when we found out the unit we rented was in fact up for sale, NO communication from Natasha, unanswered calls and texts.
Cut to Sheriff notices, continuous calls from agents wanting to have the place viewed for potential buyers etc. Again, NO communication from our so called agent.
Then we get to today, a call stating that our unit has in fact been sold and the new owner would like to move in on October 1st, 2026. Our lease is valid till March 2027.
The new agent has since informed us that Natasha knew this information SINCE JULY.
The only communication I have received has been to do with this goddamn review, any texts reverts me to an AI Bot and calls go unanswered. So.... Here is my review. Zero stars arent possible so a pity star will have to do.

The maintenance staff have found issues with our apartment when we moved out and now are stating that we need to fix things. Yet these things were damaged when we moved in and no inspection was done by them when we moved in. We logged complaints abt certain things but it was never repaired or fixed. So please make contact with us to sort out these issues. We have made numerous attempts to contact them via email. Nobody responds.
