Placed an order for lighters. Was advised that it would be dispatched and delivered before 24th September. 2 days before this date then then tell me that actually it has to go via a different courier as its lighters. Something they should have known at the time of ordering.
It is now the 11th October and I still have no order. I have contacted them numerous times and they say they will look into it, then never bother to respond with any update.
Definitely do not recommend.

Order was not processed on time so took 4 weeks overall, was offered refund on delivery cost which was fair enough but I never received that either despite follow up emails - it's cost them repeat business anyway

I have been doing business with Igo promo for the last 4 years and they never fail to disappoint. They are so accommodating, very efficient and the goods are delivered really quickly. I order engraved key rings every year and the quality, presentation and price is superb. The staff are extremely nice and helpful when dealing with over the phone. I generally deal with a guy called Nate and he’s a pleasure to do business with. I will continue to use Igo Promo.

Our experience with IGOPROMO has been dreadful. Payment has been made to the a/c information provided (along with proof) and we are still being stalled. Engagement with customer service only happens when I/the customer instigate it.

So unresponsive. First time ordering from this company. Will never order from again or recommend to anyone. It is very hard to get questions answered and replies to emails. I have to resubmit a form through their website every time I want to get in contact with them. Very unresponsive and vague in their answers. Days go by without getting a response back. Ordering from another country can be challenging, but should not be this challenging. After placing the order, one of the items we already ordered became out of stock for our time frame and we had to find something to replace it. I highly suggest they work on their attentiveness to urgency on orders. The social media team was excellent, they just unfortunately didn't have the access to my order so couldn't do much.The items themselves, are what we ordered and look great, although the backpacks smelled like fish. Keeping in touch with this company on an order was an awful experience.

The staff were quick to respond with a quote for my requested product, and they were easy to work with, answering all my questions thoroughly. The process from quote to delivery was very timely, and the finished product was lovely.

Received the bags a week after the Children's Fun Day event we had committed to sponsoring a gift for the children attending the party - I was told by the customer representative my instructions weren't clear although from the outset I stated what date the event was on and his suggestion was "perhaps use them for another event". Poor customer service and would not recommend the company.
