I understand that there may have been changes in the team or internal processes, but unfortunately, this time I did not feel the same level of support and communication.
I believe that maintaining good customer care and regular follow-up is very important to keep customers’ trust and satisfaction.

Customer service is excellent and staff are extremely helpful.
However I was disappointed in the colour of my logo compared to a previous order placed, which was much more vibrant and more prominent.
