Thank you Craig and staff for just being the greatest. Being a pensioner about to take a 100 mile car drive, I telephoned two days before my planned journey and asked Craig if he could check my water, oil and tyres on my car. Although they were really busy, they didn't hesitate to ask me to bring my car in for these checks. I arrived early, Craig immediately greeted me and whilst I was given a coffee, he arranged for these checks to be done which took about 15 minutes. He would not accept any payment even tho I protested. The whole service given by Craig and staff meant that I could drive my longer than normal journey with confidence and without worry. Cannot fault them and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to use a garage that can be trusted to give value for money, are very friendly and loyal to their customers.

AVOID this place ! Booked my zafia in for an MOT with craig , to then get quoted over £600 for a car that wasn’t worth much more then that for a drop link, rear axel brushes and two tyres . He advised me not to drive it home as he’d failed the car on that I told him I had to drive it home and he told me I’d get in alot more trouble if the police pulled me . ( never once let me know that you can actually drive your car to and from a MOT) by this point I was in panic mode . I am a foster carer and a mum I had children to collect from school and contacts arranged for some children with there parents . Craig offered to buy my old car for scrap £195 said he wanted the engine off it and sold me a car from himself £800 there and then . I returned the next day to collect my stuff from the car and let him know his car had a knocking ( turns out it was a drop link ) only MOT Ed 5 days previously . I was booked in for the Monday , but over the weekend I asked for my car back and to return the car I bought as it was smoking , smells like burning rubber every time I pull up , side light was out and with the drop link how could this of passed and be safe ?? Craig told me my zafia had already been taken to the scrap yard and on Monday .. crushed !! 7 days later I look online and it’s got a full 12 months mot on it . I know it’s not an offence but it was a con from the beginning !! Yes Craig fixed the drop link but I had to fix the light myself as it wasn’t fix properly when I asked the first time . But the burning and smoking continues ,. AVOID !!

Had to take my car in for a bit of welding on a aftermarket exhaust that had been snapped off by bad road conditions. Dropped it off and managed to get it in the next day and have a look. Called me and explained the damage and what was going to be done and explained the costs. Also picked up a couple tyres that were beyond dangerous but couldn't have seen them myself without getting it on a ramp. Very honest and upfront about work required and got everything done very quickly. 100% recommend and would use again.

Very friendly and extremely helpful , I took my car for a diagnostic through a warranty scheme. It was just a fuse and they sorted it free of charge . Also very accommodating as I got the wrong day and they rebooked no problem.

Ive used Ignition Autos on a couple of occasions now and each time i have been very impressed, female friendly and give decent advice. Usually worry about being ripped off due to most motor companies taking advantage of female drivers, definitely recommend to all planing on using their services. Debbie on reception is an absolute treat always makes you feel welcome. Coffee machine in the waiting area is a nice addition. I initially went in for a service and added in the engine clean, my car now drives like a dream with no worries.

My truck, which is quite an elderly vehicle in for mot, which it passed. Top level of service and friendly and helpful staff.
Would recomend to friends and family anyday.
Why only 4 stars? I never give 5 as no matter what level of service you provide, there is always room for constant and never ending improvement.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great communication and responsive to messages. Even going the extra mile by coming to my house to fit new locking wheel nuts. Made the whole process of purchasing my car easy. The car was fully valeted and we were able to just drive away there and then.

Car developed a windscreen wiper problem on the motorway.
Ignition Autos were able to fix the problem within an hour so I could be on my way again. Customer service was excellent; price for the work was very good, and, all in all, what had been a difficult situation, turned into a pleasant and helpful one. Would highly recommend this company.

My car went in for mot which failed Craig rang and informed me of the work to be done explaining the price always great friendly service wouldn't take my car anywhere else he's always fair with me and his lovely and friendly office staff well done again

Absolutely terrible car came back worse than it went in. They think they can get you to mitigate the damage they have done by signing for advisories which is nothing to do with the work your paying for. My car went in for a simple altenator and abs sensor repair. Came back squirting oil all over the place. No top on expansion tankpower steering reservoir hanging off its fitment. I am afraid I will have to sue them and claim costs for not having a vehicle. Then the review will be passed off as this was an old car blah blah. The car was totally driveable now it's not. Saying someone has paid accepts liability for their advisory notices is like an Mot.
Defensive and fanciful reply the car is with a land rover specialist who will do a full report on the methods used.As for speaking to the mechanic regarding the missing coolant cap, why was that necessary? as you say you have a film of it being put on?
Also, it would be difficult to pull a horsebox as the car has no towbar fitted. Seeing we don't own a horsebox it would be even more difficult.

I had an oil leak on my vehicle.
Craig had a look over my car and diagnosed the problem straight away.
As always, I'm exceptionally happy with the overall service and the work carried out on my vehicle.

Excellent service, my car runs like a dream even though its 14 years old . I had work done on my engine and it was suggested I have a hydrogen descaling clean ,which I did,my car has never run better .

Took my car here for MOT recently, booked online which was great. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Very happy with the service provided and I will definitely carry on using the garage in the future.

I needed some new tyres before my MOT and after shopping around decided to get some part worn from these guys. Didn’t have the exact size I needed so put the next size up instead which I was totally fine with. After driving home I had some issues to do with the abs sensors. Rang back and explained my situation and they told me to pop back in to get it sorted the next day. They fixed my issue straight away free of charge and also did my mot for me. Hassle free and will definitely be using this garage again.

I recently received a HY-CARBON S SERIES ENGINE CLEANER on my vehicle.
Since having the engine clean my car runs like a dream.
No more losing power and much more economical on fuel. I'm so glad I had the engine clean and I will definitely have it done again in the future.

I have had various work carried on on my vehicle at the garage and I'm always very happy with the service I have received.

I'm exceptionally happy with the
Hy Carbon engine clean, I had on my car in October 2020.
The car is much more economical on fuel, and the engine is no longer loosing power.
The overall engine performance on my car is fantastic and I will definitely be booking in for an engine clean in the future.
