While cheaper than other providers, the quality is very poor and the company won't take any responsibility of the guidance they give. In the beginning, they tried to be helpful but after payment, almost all questions I have asked from them I'm receiving the same "We cannot give any advice on that" response.

After a year in, I needed to redo the setup with another provider as IFJ was not willing to help anymore and their original advice was not in line with the official recommendations.

Also I received some scam bills afterwards related to incorporation so be careful what you pay for. The "discounts" IFJ gave were mainly useless, e.g. the Swisscom voucher would require me to switch 6x more expensive internet so there is no point.

Make yourself a favor and invest on a proper incorporation partner from the start, using IFJ will become more expensive in a long run if you need any guidance. The legal work was also done by some junior/intern which explains the low cost and quality.

Scam on my opinion. Not transparent costs, invoices „as if“ for company registration higher than on the official commercial register web-site.

Do not want to proceed if I do not pay for the registration though it is not mandatory in my canton.

Do not reimburse and say that making an invoice is the job they did for me.

O-Ton gem. Webseite: "Wir erledigen deine Mutation professionell und unkompliziert."
Dafür zahlt man 150.-.
In meinem Fall aber wurde der Prozess zweimal abgebrochen, ohne dass ich davon was mitbekam: denn diesbezügliche Mails kamen von einer mir völlig unbekannten Anwaltskanzlei, die im Spamfilter hängen blieb und nach der ich natürlich auch nie gesucht hatte.
Auf MEINE Anfrage beim IFJ hin wurden mir dann die Dokumente nochmals zugesendet, die ich prompt retourniert habe.
Dann ging auch wieder ein paar Monate nichts. Auf meine Anfrage teilte man mir lediglich mit, dass der Prozess gestoppt wurde, aber nicht warum.
Ein Anruf meinerseits beim Handelsregisteramt Zug machte klar, dass ich dort meine Unterschrift beglaubigen müsse, was ich sofort tat.
Am Folgetag bekam ich vom Handelsregisteramt eine Rechnung über 198.-. Ein Anruf beim IFJ bestätigte, dass ICH diese Kosten ZUSAETZLICH zu den 150.- bezahlen müsse.
FAZIT: Ich fühle mich nicht nur total abgezockt (die Dokumente für 150.- hätte ich mir auch selber herunterladen und ausfüllen können), sondern ich finde vor allem das (Nicht)Kommunikationsverhalten von IFJ und der dafür zuständigen Anwaltskanzlei unterhalb jeglicher Erwartungshaltung, die mit der Webseite geschürt wird. So von wegen "professionell" und "problemlos". Ein Witz!
Die Dienstleistung ist absolut ungenügend. Das Ganze hat mir unnötig viel Zeit und Geld gekostet. Die Webseite halte ich für irreführend, insbesondere die Behauptung, dass die Kosten transparent wären.
