Identitag Arvostelua

Good quality and quick delivery of dog tag. Thank you for correcting my mistake in time to send me a correct one!

The service was extremely swift and accurate and the quality of the dog tags is second to none. In The past I have had tags engraved and they were very lightly etched this is deeply and clearly done

Excellent Deep Engraving ~ Lightening Speed Delivery ~ A Very Highly Recommended Company In Every Possible Respect.

Exceptional & outstanding customer service, probably the best experience I've ever had when trying to deal with an issue. Prompt, extremely helpful and the resolution was more than I expected. Thankyou Julie, you're an absolute credit to the company.
The quality of goods is also excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Fast efficient accurate service at a great price.
Impressed
Highly reccd

(Also 1/2 the price of some poor quality suppliers from Amazon)

5* +++ Absolutely delighted with my purchase of 3 brass dog tags, brilliant quality and beautifully engraved too.
Easy ordering, great delivery, great price, i cannot fault this company in any way.
I will definitely re: order if I need any more, keep up your brilliant service.

The tags are great quality. More importantly, the customer service is exemplary. I made a mistake in the text for our tags. Entirely my mistake. However, Julie went above and beyond to rectify my mistake. Good to see that great customer service still exists 👍

Fast delivery, quality product. Ordered Tuesday, delivered Thursday morning. Engraving was accurate and legible. Very impressed - thank you.

I’m so impressed with the customer service! I just spoke to someone (how nice to actually speak to someone!) regarding an order and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
The dog tags are great quality and delivered promptly.

Excellent company. The only place I will buy my pets identity tags from. I always purchase the plastic tags as they are high quality and engraved to last. I still have a tag from 8 years ago, used daily, which is still like new.

Excellent! Great products, easy to use website, fast delivery. Highly recommended.

I'm following Davidjet, whose February review echoes my sentiments exactly. Top class service and turnaround, an excellent product from a company who deserve to be proud of themselves. Well done and thank you.

I dont generally score 5 Stars but my experience here was so good I broke my usual rule.
Prompt turnaround, good value. The lettering on the substantial tag betters any I have had previously, especially those engraved in pet shops. Even the ring to attach the tag to the collar looks comfortingly strong. I wasn't given a link to write a review, I was so pleased I thought I'd make the effort.

I have run several mail order supply companies in my working life. If any of them had reached the standard of Identitag, I would have been very pleased.

Good products supplied promptly and efficiently with excellent updates and information throughout.

Six stars!

They took the trouble to check and find that the phone number I had asked for was short of a digit. Came back to me and I was most pleased to correct it.
I now have the tags and it's a great product . Heavy bradd with clear distinct lettering.
Thank you for a great job at a sensible price.

Absolutely love the ID tag we got for our dog. Great quality, writing requested to be engraved on there was perfect & arrived fairly quickly. All round great service & would highly recommend!

I've been using Identitag for 15 years and have never been dissapointed with their service. A+

I have a wee white dog and was dismayed to find the metal tag on her collar was staining her fur black. I googled for help and someone linked to Identitag I ordered a tag and within a couple of days I got my new plastic tag. It is a nice size, the engraving is clear and it looks lovely on my dog. It looks a high quality tag and I am thrilled with it.

Nice product, good price, very quick delivery. Would recommend.

This is an outstanding company to deal with, so friendly and incredibly efficient. I've dealt with them on more than one occasion and the customer service is top-drawer. I had an error in my recent order and the full order was replaced, no questions asked.

This is where I go to anytime I want more tags for the cat - he has a habit of losing his collar so I need plenty spare!

Can't recommend this company enough and Marie Walker is second-to-none for her courtesy and efficiency - a real star!
