One of our family members bought one of these puzzles and my husband and I helped put theirs together. We had so much fun doing it we ordered our own. They're unique puzzles that look great when finished and are great quality! Customer service is also great. Would recommend!

I purchased a Sunderland AFC Crest wooden puzzle in Novemeber 2025 which was excellent quality. Unfortunatley when coming to do the puzzle my dog ate a couple of the pieces. I contacted Iconic and their customer service was second to none. They were absolutely marvelous and sorted this out in less than a week for me offering a free replacement puzzle. Brilliant service I would highly recommend Iconic and wont hesitate to order from them again. Thank you Paul Mitchell.

This puzzle was so fun! My son loved all the baseball shaped pieces. It was easy to put the tape on the back and hang it on the wall. And it looks great.

I bought the Real Madrid and Arsenal puzzles, they were so much fun to put together, great quality and customer service was very responsive and helpful. I love the unique pieces with a shape of a soccer player in different poses. Definitely will order more!

We had such a blast putting this puzzle together. Very unique pieces and build quality is well. We even had an extra piece. Such a lovely addition to place in our sport game room. Would love to see more Toronto Blue Jays options. Any chance to break into the CFL world? Would love to see a Saskatchewan Roughrider one. Overall, I would purchase again.

He hecho muchos puzzles y este es de los más entretenidos y de mejor calidad que he hecho. Ya he comprado el siguiente y no será el último! Además el soporte cliente de 10, rápido y efectivo. Gracias!!

Es de los mejores puzzles que e hecho

We bought the Chicago Bulls puzzle as a Christmas gift and it has been an absolute success! The whole family loved it. The quality of the puzzle and the delivery has been great, and the customer service answering our questions has been very quick and efficient!

Puzzles are very unique and fun to build! Unfortunately our one puzzle ended up with a duplicate piece and missing one piece, but Victoria from Customer Service was able to make things right so we could end up with a completed puzzle.

When I received the puzzle two pieces were broken. They sent me a replacement puzzle. Thank you Iconic

Great customer service, great quality, good shipping time, my Son loves his NBA puzzle. Would definitely buy from them again.

I received a puzzle as a gift from Iconic Puzzles but unfortunately my order was missing 3 pieces. After consulting with customer service, they are sending a replacement. Very satisfied with the service I received and with the company making things right for the customer.

Fantastic quality wooden jigsaws that can be mounted and gives hours of entertainment for all the family

I placed my order and received it in a timely manner. The puzzles were great! I especially love the unique player shaped pieces. Puzzles are made of high-quality wood and paint. I enjoyed putting them together. I would definitely order from them again.

My order was a gift for my son's Christmas. He really enjoyed it. The puzzle is so beautiful and big! The wooden pieces are solid. Thanck you Iconic Puzzle for your serious.

So happy with the AFL West Coast Eagles wooden jigsaw puzzle I purchase as a present for my husband. The puzzle is brilliant quality and came with an optional mounting board so it can be proudly displayed in his office. We loved the fact that some of the pieces are in the shape of footballers and football equipment.

The website was easy to use and delivery was prompt. The range of puzzles is extensive and I will be using the site again to buy presents for our puzzle loving family.

Thanks Iconic Puzzles.

We purchased a puzzle for my son in 2024. Over a year later we had issues with it. I contacted customer services and resolved the issue, No questions asked. I truly appreciate the service I received. These puzzles are great and challenging.
