El puzzle perfecto!! A mi hijo le encantó, y el servicio post-venta una maravilla, lo recomendamos al 200x100!!

I was a bit doubtful when ordered but the 2 puzzles I ordered came and looked great as a Xmas gift for my husband and son. My husband loved it, it pushed him and was a real challenge as pieces never seemed to go where you thought and looks great now finished planning to frame

Really great jigsaw puzzle! Order arrived quickly and was well packaged. My son loved building the AC Milan jigsaw and it's now proudly on his wall.

We have three Iconic sports puzzles and have loved the creativity of the puzzle pieces and graphics. Our latest ISU puzzle is no different…great all around puzzle and customer service!

My kids and I had such a great time putting this puzzle together! It was definitely challenging, but that just made it even more rewarding. We loved pushing ourselves and staying determined until we finished it.

We did end up missing a piece, but when I reached out, their team truly went above and beyond to help us. That level of customer service made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

We bought this wooden football puzzle for our 8-year-old son and he absolutely loved it. The pieces are high quality, beautifully finished, and fit together perfectly.

We were missing one piece at the end, but customer service was amazing — Victoria solved it for us right away!

Our son had so much fun building it (with a little help at the start), and we’ll definitely be buying more.

Highly recommended!

Where to start……. Great products, great service and customer care. We bought three for our kids and whilst maybe overestimated their ability…. It certainly gave the adults plenty of fun putting them together. The products are like no other jigsaw. High quality and precision cut, even down to the fingers and hair on the players being a snug fit. We have all three proudly wall mounted with the additional mounting tape and kit which is quick and easy to apply. I could not recommend these enough for anyone that wants a great quality gift for football lovers.

Well, we had a piece that was missing after the the garantue was over. I send an email to the company and we were immediately helped.
We where very happy with the quality of the puzzle. Afterwards we received a good service.

So in other words, next time I need a puzzle. It will be from this company 😁!

Our family really enjoyed the Phillies Iconic puzzle. Very challenging and looks great finished!! Now where to hang it!! We will be purchasing more from iconic puzzles. Thanks

I am very happy with the service of Iconic Puzzles! We had an issue with my address and they were very accommodating in helping figure it out. I haven’t had a chance to put the puzzle together yet put it looks like very good quality and I am looking forward to displaying it when I have it together!😊

The puzzles are great quality and fun to build. Shipping was quick and customer service has been very helpful. Overall a great product.

Our Iconic Puzzle was well made and we can't wait to hang it. It will make s beautiful decoration. The puzzle did arrive missing a piece and Iconic Puzzles was receptive and made it right by sending us an entirely new puzzle free of charge!

The quality of the puzzle is amazing and the customer support is excellent!

I received a Celtics puzzle for Christmas. What fun it was to do. This is such a unique puzzle. One of the best presents that I ever received. I am going to order a baseball one for one of my siblings.

Recently, I was gifted a Collingwood Football Club wooden puzzle and thoroughly enjoyed assembling it—until I discovered a piece was missing. What followed was an unnecessarily prolonged and frustrating experience with Iconic Puzzles.
After multiple back-and-forth emails, I was initially told that “special approval” had been granted to resend the puzzle. However, after a week of no communication, I had to chase them up myself—only to then be told they would resend a replacement on the condition that I first submit a positive review on Trustpilot, provide a screenshot, and send them proof.
This is completely unacceptable. A faulty product should be replaced as a matter of basic consumer responsibility—not used as leverage to extract misleading, manufactured positive reviews. Attempting to coerce customers into posting favourable feedback in exchange for resolving a legitimate issue is highly unprofessional and, frankly, unethical.
The lack of timely communication, combined with this attempt to manipulate reviews, reflects extremely poorly on their customer service. I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

Tres jolies puzzles on a déjà commandé plusieurs fois les outils sont juste magnifique et très bien à faire mais faut avoir de la patience car cest un peu long selon le modèle

I was gifted one of the puzzles and it was missing two pieces. After several back and forth emails, the company agreed to send me a new puzzle which I received within a short time frame. Typically there is a 90 day warranty period but they waived that so I can now frame my Indiana Hoosiers puzzle.
