Ichargingdocks Arvostelua 

Habe ein Charging Dock für meine Frau zu Weihnachten bestellt.
Am 17.12. bekam ich eine Mail mit Sendungsnummer. Diese Nummer konnte man leider nicht verfolgen.
Auf meine Nachfrage am 22.12. bekam ich wiederum eine andere Nummer die ebenfalls nicht zu verfolgen war.
Wollte dann per Mail stornieren.
Leider nicht möglich da angeblich versendet.
Am 02.01. kam sie dann (von Holland nach Deutschland 16Tage)
Seitdem probiere ich diese zurück zu senden. Verschiedenste Nachfragen mit Rabattangeboten und fadenscheinige Mail bei denen Sachen gefragt wurden die in der ersten Mail schon standen.

Total scam website - stay away and don't buy anything.

They sent a charging station that is barely 5 eurs worth. It does not tilt like in the picture, it is definitely not premium, it is so light that even when you want to take back your phone the whole thing comes together with the phone, the charging brick (they say on the website that it is included) was not in the package - not even a cheap one, and it was not even looking like the one on the webpage.
I contacted and they kind of do as if they will assist but then they totally ghost you!
No refund either.

Prima service. Duurde wat langer en verkeerde adapter geleverd. Netjes een nieuwe adapter nagestuurd. Ga hier zeker nog eens bestellen

Great charger. Just ordered a second one for my husband.

I purchased a Pro Edition 2-0 Charging Dock for my Samsung devices. Th e product was supplied quickly and at the advertised price. I ordered whit but when the package was opened, the Stand and Connecting Cord were white but the adaptor was black. After several e-mails, DockCharger advised that since the product had been delivered and I had not asked them to check it before it shipped!!!!!, they could not do anything. Now, they have gone quiet and I am left with a product that performs extremely well but looks ugly.

Charger arrived and had been previously opened. It didn’t come with all the original pieces. The power socket didn’t work. The customer service replied but so far hasn’t send me a new power socket but keeps asking in every email for more photos and further information. We have now been texting for 16 days. I now got the information to rest assured that they will look into it.

Order an overpriced paper weight. It doesn't hold your phone at all. It just falls off. No response from seller. They claim to be a 4 5 star dealer on TrustPilot but they aren't. Foreign company in Netherlands. Total scam. Sent email today and still waiting on a reply to make it right with a full refund or replacement with a charger that works.

I had great service from the company, in that I placed my order and it arrived relatively quickly. Its a great unit, very convenient. Declutters my bedside table having everything on charge in one place, HOWEVER.... the base unit makes a permanent barely audible yet so very annoying bleeping sound when devices aren't on it. Its like torture. Like a flea in your ear. Last night was the first night I could still hear the bleeps while my devices were on it. Might have to consider moving it to the other side of the bedroom. Nobody else can hear it! Unplugged the cable and it stopped. Very annoying- especially for the price! Still got 2 klarna payments left! Not worth the price, in my opinion.

Do not! Stay far away! Scam of a company. They will take your money and your order will be processing. They will not cancel because it's processing. Yet you never get shipping notification. Or any product.

Die Ware kommt aus China und wurde auch dort produziert, was bei Bestellung nicht ersichtlich war, dort wird einem ein innovatives Unternehmen in den Niederlanden vorgegaukelt. Entsprechend lang sind die Lieferzeiten (3 Wochen). Sowohl die Verpackung ( außen aus Kunststoff) als auch das Produkt selbst haben einen unangenehmen Eigengeruch. Retouren sind vom Kunden zu tragen, auf das Procedere das mir bevorsteht bin ich gespannt. Sichere Zahlungsmethoden sind bei Bestellung anzuraten, aber besser, man lässt ganz die Finger von diesem Geschäft. Nicht zu empfehlen.

They are scammers.. i ordered and they sent me an order confirmation but with untrackable tracking number.. they only replied once saying they'll investigate it but after that they never replied anymore.. dont trust them.. they are thieves..amd they continue to advertise their products... beware!

Omdat mijn tracking niet werkte werd ik sceptisch en zag ik allemaal negatieve reviews hier dat dit een scam zou zijn. Pakket is gisteren aangekomen gelukkig en super blij mee!

Complete scam

I was sent this link from my mother for a Christmas present. The website seemed maybe too good to be true but I saw they had PayPal as a method of payment to proceeded to pay via PayPal.

A week has gone by I had not receive a dispatch email nor tracking details. I contacted their customer service and they sent me a link for tracking but when tracking the details came up as unknown. I then reached out to PayPal and they seemed to have got the ball rolling. I received new tracking details and confirmation Yodel had placed my package in an In Post Locker compartment. I got there to collect my parcel, only to find the compartment was empty.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I am very lucky I paid through PayPal so I will likely get my money back.

Was für ein Unsinn ist das??? Also das Unternehmen sitzt in den Niederlanden... das ergibt zumindest bei der Tracking-Nummer auch Sinn. Leider ist diese Info wohl aber das einzig richtig zutreffende im Bezug auf Unternehmen, Produkt und Lieferung. Angeblich wird die Bestellung binnen 2 Tagen bearbeitet und binnen weiterer 5-7 Werktage bekommst du dein Gerät. Das verspricht die Homepage! Die Realität: am 02.12. bestellt, am 02.12. angeblich auch versendet und dann nichts! Email Antwort nach 4 Tagen, nur excuses, kein Lösungsvorschlag! Richtig ärgerlich: bei Vergleich über Google ist DIESER Anbieter (angeblich Original Produzent) teilweise 100% teurer als andere Online-Anbieter. Ich würde wetten, bei Amazon oder Kaufland als Plattform wäre das Produkt inzwischen geliefert... schwächste Performance, die viel befürchten lässt... eher abzuraten!

​Wenn man einen Artikel von dieser Website umkreist und die Bildsuche verwendet, kann man sehen, dass er anderswo für die Hälfte des Preises verkauft wird. Oder nehmen wir die Geschichte auf der Website, in der die Gründerin aus Amsterdam all diese neuen Gadgets erfunden hat. Man kann auf der Website auch kein Konto erstellen und keine Ware zurückgeben. Ich enthalte mich eines Kommentars, ein erwachsener Mensch wird verstehen, worum es sich hier handelt, man muss nicht zweimal zwei zusammenzählen.

Die Ware kommt aus China, was bei Bestellung nicht ersichtlich war. Entsprechend lang sind die Lieferzeiten, wenn überhaupt etwas ankommt. Die Preise sind im Vergleich zu vergleichbaren China-Produkten überhöht (Retouren sind vom Kunden tragen). Sichere Zahlungsmethoden sind bei Bestellung anzuraten, aber besser, man lässt ganz die Finger von diesem Geschäft. Nicht zu empfehlen.
Edit: Das Gerät selbst lädt nicht korrekt. Es ist somit nutzlos.
