Ho acquistato una base di ricarica per Samsung. Mi è arrivata ma non funziona. Ho scritto sul loro sito e.mi hanno chiesto di inviare foto e video. Fatto.ma non rispondono più. Il pacco risulta ancora in consegna e per questo motivo non è possibile aprire una contestazione su alipay. È fatto a posta per non far recuperare i soldi. Proverò a contestare il pagamento in banca. Palese truffa. P.s. sul motore di ricerca appare trustpilot 5 stelle.

Il prodotto non è idoneo al.mio telefono. Ho provato a fare il reso ma è impossibile. Rispondo con mail impostate e poi non ti rispondono più. Pessimi

It took nearly 3wks to receive. Don't order if you want a speedy delivery. This was not advertised on purchase. I have never had anything take this long. Secondly their customer service was not helpful. Basically directing me to the terms and conditions stating I have to wait 30 days before there an issue. Poor

Pessimo. Arrivato l’articolo con oltre 2 settimane di ritardo e ho provato a fare il reso ma è impossibile, ti rispondo con mail pre impostate senza alcun risultato.

I ordered the charging mat to use for my wireless keyboard and mouse. The next day I got worried about whether it was a legit company and my Google search directed me here. I panicked over the reviews and immediately contacted PayPal, who contacted the seller. Stephen Sullivan emailed me directly within a very short time. He explained that during COVID there had been supply chain issues with his previous fulfillment service and the carrier took weeks to deliver products and also delivered a lot of wrong items, and that those customers were taken care of, and he now uses Amazon logistics. He provided a tracking link and return instructions as well. My charging mat came within 5 days. It works great and I no longer worry about my mouse going dead in the middle of a work day. I am extremely pleased with his response and customer service and would not hesitate to purchase from the company again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Zero response from “customer service” after selling me a defective product.

I ordered a charger, and it came quick enough, but a manufacturing defect made it inoperable. I contacted the company 3 times asking for help or a refund and received no reply any of those times. I would not recommend this company at all

Worst company ever and I hope they all get robbed at some point in there lives because they are thieves themselves. Been almost 2 months and never got anything from them no responses except your order will be shipped shortly, over a month ago.

Scam company! We ordered 12-1-21 with plenty of delivery time before Christmas per the website. As Christmas grew closer, we asked for tracking information. They said there were some shipping delays but not to worry. As it was less than a week away from Christmas, we requested tracking again and again. They stopped responding, I told them I would file dispute with cc company. We ordered from different company in the mean time. We filed dispute. After our dispute, on 1-15-22, they ordered cheaper version (about 1/2 the price and not same goods as we ordered) of the goods off of amazon to deliver to us. We told them we already got replacements, send return info. They want make us pay for return frt and original shipping charges on order. Total rip off. Going to discuss with our cc company. May look into other action as replacements we had to buy were much more expensive.

Do not buy from this company! They charged my card immediately and have not provided any information at all. I have sent several notes to their “customer support” ! They go unanswered - to me it is obvious that I will not receive the order, nor a refund! This is a scam and I kick myself for not buying from Amazon or any other reputable dealer! These people are just thieves! How they get away with it is beyond me! I have notified my credit card company so we’ll see if anything happens! In the meantime please don’t buy a thing from them!

I ordered chargers 15 days ago. They charged my card immediately. Chargers NEVER Shipped. They will not respond to my emails. They do not list a phone number to contact. They now force me to take further action against them.

DO NOT buy from this company! They will take your money and never send you what you bought. I have tried numerus times to contact them and they have never responded.

I've been trying to reach out (7 attempts so far) via FB messenger and their online contact form. No response as to why my order is still unfulfilled. There is no specific contact info on webpage and I'm starting to doubt they actually exist based on lack of communication.

Placed order for 4-in-1 Charging Dock Station with Qi Wireless Pad - Black × 1 on June 27, 2020 online at “charging dock stations” and today is July 10th, 2020 and was told by seller, Stephen Sullivan via email that my order has not shipped yet (even though they took payment for the order immediately on June 28, 2020 and it has been 13 days since order was placed)! He does respond back by email but does not give you clear messages like when your order will actually ship or a tracking number. He also told me that when (?) it ships, it will be another 14 days by mail before I would receive it!!
If you like waiting for over a month to receive your order and not sure if you will receive it even by then, then order from Charging Dock Stations. Also I did not notice that there is no obvious address, phone number or email on the website before placing my order, which is a red flag to any online shopper. There is an open email webpage to contact this business but it does not give you information about it’s business itself. Finally found a very generic email address at support followed by rest of business name after ampersand. Still waiting for news regarding when my order will finally ship or what the tracking number will be!
