This is a complete scam. I opened the package and just laughed. It’s nothing like the pictures. The links aren’t even joined (they fall apart immediately upon opening). It’s the worst shade of yellow. This is worse than costume jewelry. I just threw it in the trash. $85 for absolutely nothing. Next time just throw your money away, it’s better to Han ordering from this place.

This has to be a complete scam haven't heard from anyone within 3 weeks haven't received my package why pay your money and hear from anyone and when you call them it goes directly to a hang up wow $85 will make you all that rich LOL I was trying to get it for my son so he can have something you lost so much money

I ordered the 3 piece set for $115 and I never received it. Now they are saying they are not in the office. I will not be ordering anything else from this company. They are scammers. This is the second time this has happened to me

The chain turned brown after a week you lied these chains are cheap and turned to brass and faded after 7 days your company is a scam and you need to be thrown in jail for your lies.Beware of this company I am filing a legal complaint with my legal team we are moving forward to shut down these companies!!!

Placed my order on June 9 order arrived on June 30. Items are just as described on Iceclique web page good quality Thanks alot!

So it has been about a month since I’ve bought a chain from them and still haven’t gotten it and on the website it says it should take 1-2 weeks for it to be deliver I would not recommend I’ll leave another review if it actually arrives 😂

Very light weight costume jewelry feel like it’s made out of aluminum I wouldn’t buy again it’s too fake looking and feeling

Buyer beware! They sent incorrect cheaper order, don’t trust deals they will get your money and send something cheap, then say you have to pay to return it. Poor company based in China.

I order an item and they send me another item

The jewelry is fake and the company is a scam. They have a 365 day return policy but they tell you to pay to return it to the United Kingdom (fake address) so that’s it’s too expensive to return. The items are mailed from California so why would I return them there? The customer service number is fake and so are the reviews. When I posted a real review they blocked it. I’m so upset I wasted my money I hair store jewelry. I could’ve gotten better quality from the flea market. It’s so big and fake looking

It’s been forever and they haven’t even shipped out my item yet, does anyone know how I can get a refund or something ? I spent a lot of money and I’d like it back. Whenever I email them it also says they aren’t in office right now and I’ll hear back within 72 hours…

If I could I wouldn’t even give this a star. Don’t order anything from this company. They will be quick to take your money but then take months to not give you your products. I had two orders I placed back in February. It is almost June and I still haven’t received my items. It’s funny how they refuse to respond to my emails or messages on their website. This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. At this point, it’s been so long that I don’t even want the items anymore, so I asked for a refund. Don’t order anything here because THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Then, refuse to answer their so called phone or respond to your messages. Next step, if they even are accredited enough for this, is to report them with the BBB!

This is the worst place to deal with when it comes to recieving your order..they don't get back to you in a timely manor an they don't honor what they say I ordered 2 custom chains I only recieved 1 order an still have not received my very first order an they were ORDERED in the same week..I recieved my second order which was cheaper then my first order..I tracked my order an only thing it says is in transit this was over 2 months ago customer service is no help at all I love my 2 custom order I recieved but what happened to my first most expensive order???😠😠😠

I ordered the cuban chain n bracelet set n it came in a timely fashion...took 2 days to ripp the air tight plastic off of them but was very happy...wore it out twice n had mad attention...loving it...i put it back in the box n took it out later n the gold was fading...very disappointed...it says no fading at all...diamonds stop shinning...waste of $85

Whatever you do don’t order from here. Spend the money on something you know is legit. Lesson learned after looking at this fraudulent tracking number. I thought IceClique was in the US..... It’s in China, crafty asshats. I guess this why some people wait 3 months abs still never get their item. You feeling lucky? See what happens to your $85 dollars

Horrible experience. Not only does it look awfully fake it also was missing some little fake diamond and the company returned my refund but won’t cover my 30 dollars in shipping charges !! Never again then when you go write a review on there page it says your review has to be approved by a admin !!! Company is a JOKE!!!!!
