ci dispiace leggere la sua recensione, ma quanto riportato non corrisponde alla realtà dei fatti.

La pratica è stata gestita dal nostro reparto dedicato ai danni, che opera seguendo procedure standardizzate e documentate, uguali per tutti i clienti. Il controllo delle vetture, sia al ritiro sia alla riconsegna, è un passaggio fondamentale per garantire trasparenza e tutela reciproca.

Proprio per questo motivo invitiamo sempre i nostri clienti a verificare con attenzione il veicolo e a scattare fotografie prima della partenza e al termine del noleggio: è la migliore forma di tutela per entrambe le parti.

Nel suo caso, il danno rilevato è stato contestato secondo le procedure previste dal contratto di noleggio. L’importo addebitato non rappresenta esclusivamente il costo della riparazione, ma comprende anche i costi che la società sostiene per la gestione del sinistro, la perizia tecnica, le attività amministrative e il ripristino del veicolo.

Comprendiamo che un addebito possa non essere gradito, ma respingiamo l’affermazione secondo cui il nostro personale sarebbe “addestrato a trovare difetti già esistenti”. Il nostro obiettivo è semplicemente quello di applicare le condizioni contrattuali in modo corretto, imparziale e uniforme nei confronti di tutti i clienti.

Rimaniamo comunque a disposizione per riesaminare insieme la documentazione della pratica e fornire ogni chiarimento necessario.

The amount charged is not determined by the size of a scratch alone. It reflects the overall cost of restoring the vehicle to its pre-rental condition, including technical assessment, administrative processing, repair management, vehicle downtime where applicable, and other operational costs associated with the claim.

For this reason, we always encourage customers to inspect the vehicle carefully and take photographs both before collecting it and before returning it. This protects both the customer and our company by providing a clear record of the vehicle’s condition.

As a professional rental company, our priority is to apply our policies consistently and fairly to every rental agreement. We do not inflate repair costs, nor do we benefit from charging customers for damage that cannot be properly documented.

All damage claims are managed by our dedicated Damage Department according to documented procedures that are applied consistently to every customer. Any damage identified during the return process is assessed based on the vehicle’s condition reports and supporting documentation.

The amount requested is not based solely on the visible scratch itself. It includes the full cost associated with restoring the vehicle to its pre-rental condition, such as technical assessment, administrative handling, repair management, and the operational costs incurred while the vehicle is being processed.

We also strongly encourage all customers to inspect the vehicle carefully and take photographs at both collection and return, particularly when the rental takes place outside daylight hours. This is the best way to protect both the customer and the rental company by ensuring a clear record of the vehicle’s condition.
