It's not 360 degrees rotated, and it's just face backwards, which is hard to put in and take out baby and see her.

We have checked your order and can confirm that the car seat and base delivered to you are correct. The base you ordered is the rearward-facing stationary ISOFIX base.

We do also offer a 360° rotating base; however, this was not the base selected as part of your order.
