Have worked for i4 group for many years. The best umbrella group out there!

An amazing umbrella company, simple and easy to register and always available for a chat. James is always on hand to answer any payment queries, strongly recommend

Having worked alongside several other companies, we never felt like we really had a connection. Then we came across i4 and our experience turned from bad to good overnight!

In particular Emma Elsam was always there to help whenever we needed her. Nothing was ever an issue and she couldn’t do enough to help us with our questions and queries.

We would definitely recommend i4 and Emma to other companies!

Amazing team well done!

Great Company, have worked with them for many years and will continue to do so. Always able to get hold of the team to chat through any queries is really helpful.

Having worked with I4 (and many other Umbrella companies) for the past 15 years, I can honestly say they are easily the best one to work with. They are knowledgeable in all things payroll, and always able to answer any queries, quickly, efficiently and accurately. On top of their professionalism, they are super friendly and approachable. We know that our candidates always get a fantastic and transparent service, so are able to recommend them without hesitation.

I've been working with i4 for over 5 years now and I honestly can't fault them; always provide an excellent and helpful service at every stage of the process!
Very well-established within their sectors and always extremely reliable with payments.

I have worked with i4 services for a number of years. They consistently deliver a professional and compliant service. It is a pleasure to work with the team and especially Emma Laura Elsam, who is an excellent account manager.

Best umbrella company out there! Emma is an absolute gem and always on hand for all of our temps.

Amazing customer service and they are fully FCSA complaint! Dont bother going anywhere else, they might rip u off! Ask for George - he’s a sweetheart!

The customer service has been really good. George Smith is always polite and helpful when I've needed to call for any timesheet/payment issues.

The process is easy, not too time consuming or complicated. Would recommend.

George has always gone above and beyond for our healthcare agency, I have worked with George and Big Mike for a couple of years and they have always been a pleasure to work with. I would always 100% recommend I4, Shai from WESolutions.

Very strong Umbrella company, who I have worked with for over 5 years. As an Agency we make it a priority that people are paid on time and i4 have never failed to deliver and have even gone above and beyond when issues arise, never looking to pass blame just make it a priority to get people paid.

Cannot recommend them enough.

I4 are by far the best Umbrella company I have used. George, Elliot and the team are great. Quick and easy process and couldn't ask for better communication. Would definitely recommend them!

Amazing umbrella company to deal with on a day to day basis. Communication is always spot on and George Smith is always available for any queries I may have.
Couldn't recommend i4 more to anyone looking for an efficient and professional umbrella company!

They have been wonderful really nice staff who are thrilled to be helpful and hospitable. They really helped me with all my queries and made employment with them a pleasant and smooth experience, they are great at communication via email. I would recommend them with flying colours.

Professional, efficient, friendly and very helpful

The overall customer management is great, but the 'cut' on the salary is quite substantial...

As an agency we work with I4 on a daily basis and Emma Elsam has quickly become my go to person.

Nothing is ever to much trouble and Emma always gets a problem dealt with immediately no matter how busy she is. You can always count on her to help.

She is great with our candidates and super responsive to emails and calls.

Emma Elsam is a superstar !
