Maisie was very friendly, with a lovely personality and character. The process was smooth, easy and stress free.

Very quick and easy to do, couldnt ask for much more

Maisie and Isobel deserve a pay rise for they deserve it.
Selfless, efficient and eloquent.

Maisie
Went through my registration and answered my questions clearly.

I have had extensive communication with Isobel recently and she has been super helpful.

I keep comming back to I4 because they are so easy to communicate with and are fair with pricing in my opinion.
Their response time is great and they never make me feel silly for asking questions as a fairly new locum.

Thanks again
Leanne

Polite and detaile guided customer service.

Isobel was great, very helpful.

Classroom Link payroll i4 key services i spoke to Joseph headford who was very helpful and also explained everything to me great services 😀

Joseph explained the process and procedures of the registration in a very professional manner. It was an efficient and customer friendly conversation. I look forward to working with the organization as a supply teacher.

isobel made this process very easy and efficient, would recommend as the customer service was polite and instructed well

Very helpful and professional customer service team especially elliot he was a big help and made the whole procedure understandable and easy

Joseph was very professional and explained everything clearly. Was a pleasant, efficient interaction and I’m looking forward to working with this organisation as a supply teacher in the future.

Keep away ,i am going through a rough time at moment, ie wife going through brest cancer, but all that thay think about is them self's just like agency do ,

I can’t give enough thanks to Cameron & Isobel over the last couple of months , they’ve made it as smooth as possible & have answered every question out there way. I’m new to the umbrella system so I had 100s of questions which they were more than happy to answer. Thank you both

Wanted to say a massive thank you to Will Hall - I registered with i4 with a lot of questions and Will made it super easy to understand and went through it all with me, and made it feel like no question was too much.

Couldn't thank him enough, hopefully everything else with i4 is just as smooth sailing and pleasant as my experience with Will :)

Very reliable and patient enough to answer the queries. Very helpful staff.

Sent me an email to update my right to work on the same day I was supposed to get paid, I immediately responded and it’s been about 24 hours no response! Pay withheld with no explanations. The consultant assigned to me, Roopa only reached out during the onboarding and disappeared afterwards.

It’s just terrible customer service now, I think most of the helpful staffs already left, they read your emails and completely ignore it nowadays.

Really good service, it was very quick and efficient. they helped me get registered, answered all my questions and showed me a breakdown payslip. Very friendly customer service, would highly recommend :)

Professional business. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you would definitely recommend.👌
