i2i Recruitment Arvostelua

Alicia was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She prepared me perfectly for the interviews by asking me relevant questions to ensure I knew the job requirements. I could not recommend Alicia more!!

The team at I2I are absolutely lovely—friendly, approachable, and genuinely attentive to any questions or concerns. I was really impressed by how proactive they were in helping me find work. Within just a week, they had lined up two interviews for me! Their communication was great throughout, and they made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this agency again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for support in their job search.

Elina was great at communicating with me quickly and professionally, understood what I was looking for, encouraged me to aim high and managed to help me get a 4 week temp job within 3 days of signing up to the agency.

Having had mixed experiences with other recruitment agencies in the past I can say that i2i stand out as being exemplary. Ellie has been great with communication, regular updates and lots of support along the way resulting in helping me secure a dream job. I would highly recommend i2i, thanks Ellie!

Elina was very attentive, asking me about my experience to date and what I wanted to do. With Elinas help, I was put forward for a post and selected for interview, had the interview and was successfully placed wthin 48 hrs. Wht more could you want. The follow up from Elina wishing me good luck on first day was just the icing on the cake. This is an agency to work with, I wish I found them months ago.

The regular check up calls felt reassuring and confirmed that mine and i2i's effort wasn't going to waist. Also Alicia Jones specifically was extremely helpful giving me tips on how i should approach the interview and how i should phrase my points correctly

I've used I2I for every time I have changed jobs over the past 8 years. Each occasion has been as good as the last.

Their team of supportive professionals make an experience that is normally very stressful and they flip it on it's head. I can not endorse I2I enough for their help.

Ellie and Alicia were both brilliant in their service to help finding me my ideal role and going above and beyond to achieve results.

As an international student, I faced significant challenges in finding a job that matched my qualifications and experience. However, i2i Recruitment truly exceeded my expectations, especially Elina Zalite, whose unwavering support and encouragement made all the difference. Despite the added complexities of not being a UK citizen, Elina’s professionalism and dedication helped me secure a position with a well respected organization in the UK. Her approach was both professional and genuinely caring. Through her guidance and friendly, motivating conversations, I felt well prepared and confident going into interviews. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend Elina and i2i Recruitment to anyone looking for expert career assistance.

Everyone I have worked with at i2i has helped me find fantastic employment throughout the years and my recent experience was nothing short of FANTASTIC! Elina in the temps division worked side by side with me throughout the entire process giving me tips and advise along the way. She liaised between the employers and myself and found the perfect fit!! I am still with the company working with the most amazing team! Thank you Elina and all of the girls at i2i!

I worked as a temp for Gloucestershire County Council through i2i Recruitment for two years, and their support has been outstanding from start to finish. Communication has been excellent throughout, from the initial interview stage to now. They’re always just a phone call or email away and are consistently accommodating to individual needs. I want to give a special mention to Adele and Katie, who have been especially supportive throughout my time as a temp. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend i2i recruitment to a business or individual.

I had a fantastic experience working with Ellie from the recruitment agency. She was extremely helpful, honest, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. Ellie kept me well-informed at every stage and made the whole journey feel stress-free. Thanks to her support and dedication, I’ve secured a new role that I’m genuinely excited to start. I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant – I highly recommend Ellie to anyone looking for their next career move.

All the team not even my recruiter were fantastic and so supportive along the way. Big shout out to Ellie who got me my role and was there the entire time I needed her.

Massive thanks to Cat at i2i for helping me secure my role. She was super helpful and went above and Beyond, which was really appreciated as I was starting to get a bit disheartened with the whole job search scene.

They are all really thorough and helpful. They work as a team to explore all angles for you which is really nice as it makes the experience feel very candidate focused. They are really passionate about working with forward thinking businesses in the local area. Cat placed me in my new role in the end - she has a wealth of experience and is excellent at putting people at ease. She works really hard to make sure all parties reach the right outcome :)

I applied for I job I really liked the sound of and the application went to i2i. I received a call the very next day from a lovely lady called Jade. She informed me I was a good match and took me through the application process. She made everything extremely easy and supported me through the whole process. She gave me potential interview questions to revise and kept in constant contact throughout the process. Absolutely amazing experience with an excellent agency. I have already recommended i2i to another service leaver and will continue to point anyone looking for employment to this agency. Warm, kind, knowledgeable and totally professional. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Thank you Jade and thank you i2i for your hard work and professionalism.

Ellie was super helpful and friendly throughout my job search process! She always kept me up to date with any progress and helped me get a job quickly :)

i2i were brilliant, particularly Elina who first put me forward for the role, despite the employer initially feeling reticent as they were worried about me taking a step down into a more junior role, Elina recognised the opportunity and the future needs of the business and how I was exactly what they need. Turns out the opportunity has so much more scope than even the employer thought and we both left the interview process gushing about the other. It's a great opportunity and I can't wait to get started.

I never really use the recruitment side when looking for jobs however Alicia has been amazing helping me with jobs! Alicia managed to find a job for me straight away and she set up everything for me, Alicia was always checking in and making sure I was ok and always communicated well with me. Thank you so much again for Alicia because if it wasn't for you I would still be with no job.

Jade has been super helpful in supporting me with finding the right job. She made sure I was comfortable and prepared for my interview and kept me in the loop through the process. Would definitely recommend this company to other people.

I recently registered with i2i Recruitment and was quickly contacted by Georgie, followed by Jade, who introduced me to an exciting opportunity. From the start, Jade was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. She brought a great sense of humour to the process, which made everything feel seamless and enjoyable.

One standout aspect of my experience with i2i—something that sets them apart from other agencies—is their approach to communication. Unlike other recruiters who continuously chase candidates, Jade always provided timely updates via email and allowed me to reach out when it was convenient for me. This approach was refreshing and made the process feel more like a partnership rather than a transaction.

Thanks to Jade’s expertise in matching candidates with the right opportunities, I am now in the final stages of accepting an exciting new role—all within just three weeks of registering! What’s more, the company I currently work with also partners with i2i Recruitment, which speaks volumes about their reputation and trust within the job market.

Jade, you are an absolute star! Your professionalism, dedication, and personable approach made all the difference. I have no doubt that your career will continue to thrive, and I truly appreciate all your support.

Thank you.
