i2i Recruitment Arvostelua

Alison was extremely helpful when we turned to her with an urgent request that needed a quick turnaround. We had great candidates, we're still getting fantastic communication, and I will be coming back with future temp position we need to fill!

Big shoutout to Ellie, Fran and the rest of the team! I first spoke to i2i Friday morning, and the following week I had 2 interviews, the week after that I had multiple job offers! They're super on it and made my job search 10x less stressful. Definitely recommend!

Cat has been fantastic with me from day 1! She was so friendly right from my first call up until a job offer. I would highly recommend Cat for anyone using i2i, she really is top of her game and will bend over backwards to make sure her people get the opportunity they are looking for !

Thank you so much Cat!

Very helpful, helped me find the job that I wanted and helped me secure the spot👌🏽

I was called by this group as a match for potential opportunities, a meeting was set up for one opportunity to which the consultant was off ill, spoke with another who offered up another / different opportunity during the meeting. After the welcome speech of "they are a different type of recruitment group as you never know where a candidate may end up, communication is of the upmost', seems to have failed. After waiting for quite sometime, I have left email requests for updates with no response (from a manager no less, great example to set), therefore if you are putting your company's interest in the hands of this group, I would clandestinely test them out first from the candidate side to check value for money. I don't get ignored in other industries, I value communication, and certainly do not ignore others, needless to say, I shall not be recommending this group to my wider network nor using them.
As a note for improvement moving forward, recruitment agencies should remember, they get paid off the backs of other peoples experience and industry value, not the other way around... have some manners, this is a key example of how one employee not doing their job / over-egging their self importance can bring down what was, a company round good rating...

I2I help me through to get my dream job.
Alison always give me the information that I need or the answer to any my questions.

It was a good experience, i am very thankful for that.

I had been made redundant after 22 years, so I didn’t know what to expect. However, after approaching i2i I felt so welcome and reassured. Cat was a godsend and walked me through the whole process. As soon as a suitable position became available she called, and again was there every step of the way. My interview went well and I got the job! 😁 I am now looking forward to the next chapter. I can’t thank you enough i2i x

The agents and office staff are extremely helpful, responsive and always quick to assist, including circumstances where little notice can be provided. They have consistently supplied high-quality candidates, both permanent and temporary who are a great fit for our requirements. Highly recommended.

I2i have been absolutely fantastic with finding me jobs to apply for. Everyone on the Cheltenham team has been really supporting and encouraging. This is my first venture outside of hospitality and they have all made me feel so much more confident than I ever have done about my skillset and how it could be best utilised. Special thank you to Cat Marshall and Alicia Jones who have been my contacts Throughout my applications. Sadly I wasn’t able to secure the position I applied for with Alicia but she was still incredibly helpful and supportive across the whole process. Luckily I was able to secure a position that I applied for with Cat and again she was nothing but supportive and encouraging throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t have got my new position without her help.

I worked with both Fran and Georgie at I2I. This is the 2nd time I’ve used this recruiter and I am again so glad that Fran kept me in her mind for all the right things!
It’s a tough time right now, and you need upbeat thoughtful people on your side!

Thanks to i2i Recruitment, i have successfully been accepted for a job with a rapidly expanding global insurance company. was given end-to-end support throughout recruitment process. i2i Recruitment proved very informative and provided excellent support with interview prep. They called me before both interviews for readying me, provided a pack for interview prep, listed all relevant competencies for interview prep, updated me regularly, provided pointers and helped with concerns i had. Great encouragement provided by i2i Recruitment. A million thanks to i2i recruitment. Very thankful to i21 recruitment and highly recommend.

I called the team at i2i and spoke to 3 friendly consultants who listened carefully to what I was looking for. I ended up dealing with Cat and she was helpful, kind, enthusiastic and encouraging. She helped me find a suitable role in less than a week! Would highly recommend i2i Recruitment to anyone looking for a new role

I had a fantastic experience working with Cat as my recruiter. Her communication throughout the entire process was absolutely fantastic. She kept me regularly updated on the progress of my application and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. It really made a difference knowing where things stood every step of the way. Her transparency and professionalism approach made the whole experience smooth. Thank you again Cat!

I2I and Alicia in particular were fantastic in helping me find my new role, great, non pushy and supportive recruitment firm!

The comitement, the support, all of it was absolutely amazing. It took less than two weeks for super star Ellie to find me the perfect job.

Fran was absolutely lovely. After the first call Fran suggested a job for me, slightly out of my comfort zone but still went for the interview. I’m so glad I did as I got the job after my first interview with I2I xx

Elina was very helpful in finding me my new role. I couldn't be any more grateful for the effort she put in to secure the opportunity for me. Thank you

Very amazing people and company. Thank you Ellie and Alicia for your amazing support in helping me find my new role.
