I received advice and support in my work. The staff in the office where prompt in offering me help and guidance when i am in difficulty. My assessors did very well to guide and support me.

My suggestion for improvement is to reduce the 2 week wait for the assessor to attend to your work. Keep up the good quality training and support. Great support during the COVID.
I will recommend someone to attend I-Success Academy.

The course was pretty straight forward and the communication was good with the tutor. However it took ages for the certificate and then I was told it was sent weeks ago and did I give the right address !!
No I made one up for a laugh !

I success academy were brilliant. I did my AET and was the first online course I had done. The tutor was there if needed and the guidance I received when answers needed more work was excellent.

Amazing professional company to learn with support is a lot. Highly recommended.

The customer userface is from the 1970's. It is really poor quality and very frustrating. The process of completing the course was also antiquated and it took an eternity for papers to be corrected /approved before moving on. The course I took allowed zero creativity or informed opinion, just a re-hashing of droll, akin to a 1st year undergrad degree. To get a reply on a point of clarifiction took weeks.

Avoid like the virus.

I have found my experience with i-Success Academy to be excellent. I’ve recently successfully completed the Award In Educational Training ( AET). I’m a 58 year old women, for me to complete training on line was quite daunting. However my worries were unfounded . My Assessor Kim made everything so easy, she always responded quickly, efficiently and effectively, to any of my concerns.
The I.T. Support team, I can only thank them for their patience, time and efficient response; ( to my questions / queries
(there was many ).
Not only have I gained my teacher training certificate, but new I.T skills. 30 years ago when I completed most of my higher level qualifications, it involved realms of paper work and a brief case bulging with forms, books and handouts. I would most certainly encourage any one ! Especially the over 50’s to complete an online course with i-Success Academy .. The support is more than I could ever have imagined .. Support was good from my tutor but the navigation on the portal wasn't the best. I'm still waiting for my certificate though and this seems to be a common problem

Very nice service, allowed me to work in my own time.

Material is adequate if uninspiring and the platform runs very well.
Feedback is often inaccurate and takes a long time to recieve.
Support from the main office number is really excellent and a particular high point.
I've completed a qualification with a far poorer organisation and one qualification with an organisation that is far better so 3 stars seems about right.

Good tutor, easy to use website for the course.

I studied the AET with I-Success Academy and have been impressed from start to finish. The course materials were well-written and informative and my assessor was very helpful and professional throughout. I strongly recommend this company for high-quality online learning at a good price.

The course instructions are not always clear and it can take a while for your work to be assessed but otherwise a fairly straightforward process and system.

i-Success academy has been fast and efficient and helpful whenever I had any questions. I have completed my AET course without hiccups and currently doing a CVA course which requires some practical which can only be done once back at work.(After lockdown) Overall everything has been excellent. Thank you
