This is full cheater website. Don’t buy anything from it. You have less than 1 percent chance that you will get your order ever. And don’t expect any customer support or refund.

I had to literally find contact details of their product head on LinkedIn and complain about my order which wasn't shipped for two months & they had been giving me fake updates - product is received - QC check completed etc. Etc. Companies like these are doing disservice to other newer players trying to build business. There is a very small cohort of super EComm buyers with trust in hand. They will cost business to every new player with good intentions.

HypeFly is a fraud company. They take the payment and never delivers the order. I ordered on 28th June and it's almost one month and they don't even respond.

Don't order from them ever or you'll lose your money

They just scam you and don’t ship out the order plus no support on whatsapp or email after order is placed. Stay vigilant and don’t order from them

I placed a order on@their site in 4th june I kept enquiring all they said wait wait wait , for 90 day there was no update on my order and then when i escalated it they gave me a tracking number on Saturday 11th july 2026 which on Tuesday 14th july was cancelled this proves they r such big cheat , i am asking for my refund they are not refunding it back , nor letting me know about my shoes . they just need your money . So please be aware don’t fall for this cheat website & Never buy from them. Never

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They mislead customers with false delivery timelines.
I placed an order on 3 June 2026, and the estimated delivery time was 18–20 days. Today is 29 June 2026, and they still have no clear information about my order. Their only response is that the order is "in transit," but they cannot provide any definite delivery date.
When I requested a refund due to the excessive delay, they refused, citing their no-refund policy. This is a major red flag and gives the impression that they are misleading customers.
I strongly advise everyone to be cautious before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

My order was delayed far beyond the promised delivery date, and customer support did not provide clear updates.
I found communication difficult after placing my order and had to follow up multiple times for information.
The delivery experience was disappointing because the expected timeline was not met.
I was unhappy with the lack of timely responses to my refund/cancellation queries.
The tracking information provided was confusing and did not help me monitor my order.

I ordered a pair of sneakers which looked quite good but at the time of ordering it was shown to be delivered on time but it arrived quite a few days later and extra charges were also levied. And when I opened it, the shoes were quite different and the quality was very bad, my money and time were wasted, what happened was a total fraud with me, please be careful before ordering.

I ordered a shoe on March 14 2026. It said it would ship the next day but it didn't ship even after 2 days so I contacted them through WhatsApp. A person from their team contacted me and said that actually the shoe you ordered is out of stock and told me he would be happy to help me in showing other options in WhatsApp. He sent me a few images and our chat continued were there and his responses were very instant. I liked one shoe which had a higher price anf it was out of my budget but the guy there even gave a discount of 500 but it was still out of budget. I asked him to cancel my order and refund my money and he proceeded with that and I got my refund within 24 hours.

Worst experience.

I ordered my product on 9th November 2025 with a delivery timeline of 18-20 days. It has been almost 3 months and I have not received my delivery. I have been emailing them for refund of the amount, however even after multiple assurances over email, they have not refunded my amount.
I had marked the CEO of HypeFly as well but there is no response from him

Stay away from this scam website, I had to pay a hefty price to learn this. I was eyeing a rare sneaker which I couldn't find anywhere else, went ahead with this and boom a 200 rs quality sneaker delivered after 20 days!

They are fraud , Order will be super late , i paid express delivery charges but order came after 25 days . that too shoes are fake . Suggest do not order anything from them .

Honestly, this has been one of the worst online sneaker buying experiences I’ve ever had. I usually buy sneakers offline or from reputable sites like Crepdog Crew and never had any issues getting authentic pairs. But with Hypefly, the entire process went downhill from the moment I placed the order.

I was about to travel and needed a specific pair of sneakers quickly, and Hypefly promised delivery in 3-5 days—much faster than the three weeks other sites were quoting. That’s why I took the chance. Well, it’s been a mess ever since. After placing the order, I got no updates for days. When I reached out, they said they were running late but promised it would arrive before I left the country. They delayed it again and again, and two weeks later, I was still hearing excuses and even got a fake tracking ID. By the time an actual delivery option appeared, I was out of the country and had to cancel it directly with the courier.

Now, it’s been another month since the order was supposedly returned to them. They claim they never got it back and refuse to refund me. They ignore my messages and emails. At this point, I’m about to file a consumer complaint because it’s been a month and a half of nonsense. In short, Hypefly has been a total scam for me—never ordering from them again and I strongly suggest others steer clear too.

I have previously talked about this on Reddit, I had Labubu from HypeFLY iNDIA on 18th June and they mailed me shipping link but it's stiill not delivered yet! I tried connecting with them on whatsapp, only got autogennerated replies from them. Don't order from them.
