Quite possibly the best customer care experience I have ever had. I got in touch asking them why they kept charging me even though I had cancelled my paid plans several months ago. Turns out it was my mistake because I wasn't aware I had registered with two different accounts and therefore kept paying for one one of them. As a new UK Indie music artist it is very difficult to get known and find your audience. Our research led us to choose Hypeddit.com as a sensibly-priced service that users have reported success with. Our initial setup inevitably led us to the confusing world of Meta ads / tracking pixels and the like, and at first I admit that it felt daunting, especially as we hit a couple of roadblocks with things that we just didn't know how to navigate. love hypeddit but recently received an unclear popup offer that seemed a bit like a cash grab without knowing EXACTLY what my current subcription was. It ended up working out ok when talking with customer service.
