I gave up on the issue, but I appreciate Patrick's efforts in trying to help me.

I’ve used Hypeddit for years and it's always done the job!

I just wanna start off by saying Hypeddit is genuinely a place that want to help artists they resolve my issue instantly I’m very grateful for the Hypeddit team especially JV for all the help from the bottom of my heart thank you

Plus Hypeddit’s Support Team is very helpful and they reply promptly, giving a really effective support, which is very rare nowadays.

They took$20 from my PayPal. It was not authorized. I never signed up with them. Reported it as fraud, but they keep avoiding refunding my $20... They replied to my many emails only twice. I gave them everything they asked for, the PayPal information, etc and they have now ghosted me for over 4 days. Such pos

JV was very helpful in finding out why I was still being charged after cancelling my account. He investigated and quickly told me I had another account under my other email that was still active. JV then very honestly and helpfully gave me a refund for the extra charges, which technically he didn’t need to do. Super customer service.

The only reason I left the service was because I didn’t need their ad promo services any more due to finances. Hypeddit is a great service and I would recommend it to indie musicians everywhere.

They are so fast to get back to you about everything. Great customer service. I never feel like an annoyance - only valued and helped. Any difficulties I've had with the tech side of things has always been helped with right away as well. A great service!
