I didn‘t receive the correct product
Different brand, lower Performance parameter, lower price….
Only after a lot reminders I received a feedback as I was threaten to cancel the Order, than I received a Scooter, but the wrong one.
I am still waiting a reply to my MAILs in regards to the wrong delivered scooter. I gave up, after few weeks I will spend my time for other topics but not with this Company anymore

Long delivery time without any info. Nobody answers mail.

Order confirmation referring to non existing track and trace details, no feedback on emailing customer service to get any update on shipment of my order, now pending over 3 weeks, would advise to stay away and order elsewhere as seems a total fraud.

Just deliverd on time and exacly wat i asked. It worked perfect. Thx

Article non conforme, retour impossible à obtenir malgré mes relances répétées. Cela fait plus d’une semaine que je demande une simple étiquette de retour : silence radio ou promesses sans suite. J’ai même dû tenter de gérer moi-même la reprise avec DPD, sans succès.

Le comble ? Après avoir insisté pour qu’on fasse simplement le nécessaire, le cofondateur de l’entreprise, M. Sergio Guinaudeau, s’est permis de me qualifier « d’hystérique ».

Outre l’insulte, cela en dit long sur le niveau de professionnalisme et de respect du client.

Entre les fiches produits trompeuses, la gestion catastrophique des retours et les réponses méprisantes, un seul conseil : fuyez ce site. Vous gagnerez du temps, de l’énergie… et un peu de respect.

We bought an e-scooter to our son it has been a joke from the very beginning. Self reparation with the English owner and a technician over the phone?? Eventhough we claimed it after a couple of weeks the owner refused that and he wanted to solve the problem with self reparation from my side. Now the scooter is in parts since it broke. The owner promised to send replacement item. It is now over 2 months and he refuse to answer text or call. This company is a big scam and does not take any responsibility at all. Without mention the owner name, he only wants to take money from other and in the end screwing mostly kids.
No responsibility at all from his side.
Dont even think of buying from this company.

All fine words on their website.

- satisfied or money back
Etc.

They dont stand for anything of that you pay and you loooose.

The shipment arrived, but it took a week longer than promised.

The scooter is amazing. last got the scooter, I got it amazon. my scooter broke down so I needed a new one and found the website. At first. I was hesitate. but now. The scooter itself is much better then last time.

The scooter quality is PERFECT if you aren't into hard core perfect materal. I think the material is great, sturdy.

the rework of the app is fantastic. Its complete different from last time. Simple, cozy, just perfect.

I haven't received anything since I make the order!

I received the wrong product. The return policy is poor and would cost me money. The electric scooter that came is illegal in Finland. I ordered a legal model, but the illegal one came. I am disappointed. I cannot use the product.

Took very long before the scooter came. It said 1-3 days delivery. I wanted to cancel my order after 8 days but when i mailed Hyllux about it a mail came that my scooter had been sent. Their customer support is the worst ever. The scooter is great but the support sucks.

Shipping took more then one week it’s my second one because the first one isn’t working anymore support told me to answer back to fix it never happened …
