I’m overly thrilled about how the items fit and feel. I ordered a 3-pack of thongs and they are all sexy af. Can’t wait to order more and try some of their other products.

You would think that they could get customer service and sending email updates right with how high their prices are, but you would be wrong. They partially delivered my order of two items because one of the items that was listed as in stock magicallly ran out and they over sold it. Instead of sending an email updating me they continue sending promotional emails while not responding to my inquiries about shipping times. It took me threating to report their storefront for their unprofessional and scam-esque behavior that they pull outsome sort of contact method I still have yet to find to say they did notify me. For the price of their items there is no way this should be happening.

I apparently got banned from purchasing from them after writing a semi-critical 3-star review for a product. Funny thing is, they never told me and they gladly took my money on an order and never refunded me or responded to my emails until I filed a chargeback. Avoid!

An item I purchased from them became damaged after 2 wears. The rivet came out of the fabric. I have contacted them via social media and email and been completely ignored my correspondence. For the price they charged I would expect more than 2 wears. They also advertise 48 hour response time, which means they actively chose to ignore me.

It seems even though their prices are often around $100, they come direct from their manufacturer/distributer in Asia and the mailing tickets can list actual prices as low as $5. I understand markups but this is outrageous and contributes towards an explanation on the quality.

de véritable voleur. aucun retour, aucun remboursement autorisé, cela n’est jamais mentionné lors de la transaction d’achat. bien se renseigner sur leur pratique douteuse, car lorsqu’on laisse des commentaires pour prévenir les prochains clients, la marque supprimer les mauvaises notes, mal honnête de leur part.
