Really responsive and accommodating company. Have had nothing but good interactions with all members of the Hull Fibre team, both in the office and those who came to install my connection. HF worked around my schedule and the connection is a million times better than what I was getting from my last provider. Very pleased to have this option in Hull now it was about time we had a credible and customer focused provider around here

Services has been brilliant from day one. Not had a single issue with the connection. Speeds are miles better at the fraction of the cost I was paying KCOM. The team have been brilliant ensuring I have been kept up to date on everything through the full process.

installation was quick and easy ,it was done in no time there was very little mess ,The young gents who came explained everything to me.

Fabulous service from Ade the Hull Fibre engineer.
We made the switch today, MS3 staff arrived to do the preparatory work, then Ade setup the router etc.
He was knowledgeable and patient, we are now up and running with greater coverage and speeds than our previous provider at a very competitive rate.

So installation day they just didn't bother turning up. No phone call or email to say they wouldn't be coming, nothing. It was down to me to contact them. I used their website and got given a ticket number and then cut off. I managed to get in touch by email and they arranged for the following day, so that's 2 days off work now. They installed it and I went to bed. I come home from work the next day and it didn't work, I had red lights on the box and router. I contact them again and I had to wait until the next day for an engineer to come. He got it working and I thought all was well, I was willing to chalk it up to misfortune .

Oh no, it was not misfortune. The service is absolute garbage. We have a single device, a smart TV, connected on wifi and it just keeps buffering. This is their 1000mbps fastest service. I had NO ISSUES with my 400mbps KCOM Internet. Also the WiFi signal is terrible, I can pick up all of my neighbours WiFi stronger than my own and the smart TV is about 12ft away from the router.

I honestly wish I'd just stuck with kcom, it was worth the extra money for a reliable service which Hull Fibre most certainly are not.

Took out hull fibre with Mark, saved me some money, so helpful and efficient. Amazing customer service! Would 100% recommend!

OK during the day no good past 6 o'clock the lag is frustrating no good for xbox nevermind 2 of them

Excellent experience from Liam who fully explained the packages available and setup the modem and connected my TV etc. Much better speeds and cheaper too. The outside installation was arranged by Liam and they turned up on time and did a great job.

After being a loyal customer of Kcom for many years and not getting the service i wanted, i decided to join Hull fibre in June and so far not been disappointed, the customer service good, i was contacted throughout the process from start to finish,engineers very good and informative on the day. The speed is much faster, able to download quicker than before even when other users in the household have devices on and are streaming. Highly recommend to friends an family, we now have a choice!

Great experience so far. Liam was very helpful in explaining my different options and the deals available. Much cheaper than KCom for comparable package. Booking the installation was very easy - and they were so helpful in rearranging when I realised I'd double booked the original date with a work commitment.

Reliable internet, great customer service and decent price! Very pleased since I made the switch from Kcom to Hull Fibre and it’s a lot faster internet than I was getting before.

We live in Hessle and have a no cold calling sign in our window, today this was completely ignored by this companies representative whos attitufde when I pointe this out to him was dismissive, I wont be using you based on this experience alone.

Only just switched over but so far so good. Excellent service from Mark explaining what deals Hull Fibre could offer me, the neat burying of the cable to my house, the fitting of the box and router inside, to the clear information given of who to contact regarding technical or other problems should they occur. All very efficiently done... and of course much cheaper than KCOM!
