Great service from signing up to the…

Great service from signing up to the installation. Great communications from this company to keep me updated on the progress of the installation. Very pleased so far with the service and speeds from my package. I’m now paying 50% less than what KCOM were charging me per month a saving of £30 pm

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. Almost a year in and not one issue, unlike previous city wide supplier!! Excellent customer service with a personal touch. Highly recommended.

Good customer service

Good customer service, excellent upload and download speeds, no unsightly poles, good value and absolutely no issues or complaints. Now a Hull Fibre customer for months and can strongly recommend.

Hull fibre is brilliant ...

Simply amazing since I called to enquire about thier service ,my subsequent contact with them after choosing my desired bundle and when they came to set up my connection and give me the top speed I looked for .....

We've had this service now 3 to 4…

We've had this service now 3 to 4 months , after a couple of installation problems which were sorted very quickly the service has been 5 star fast speeds no buffing and the guys the customer service are friendly and helpful , would recommend fibre to anyone

Brilliant service

Brilliant service! We have had ours installed a few weeks now and had ZERO issues! Rich was in touch the whole time and pushed things for me to get transferred over before previous supplier ended, which with 3 children who use the internet constantly was invaluable.
The cost saving is brilliant and no internet drop outs like KCom. I have already referred others. Finally a fair price broadband, and better service in Hull 👍

Better than last provider

better speeds than my last provider I had a slight hiccup with service which was to do with ont and they had somebody from ms3 out to me next to have rectified, was happy with them, although problem has happened again
